Just got a call from (647) 476-2136 they ask for Herman, I ask who was calling they said he had requested some information, I ask him if he was familar with this - he said NO.  They said he filled out a survey requesting information about a job working from his computer at home.  Relayed that message to him and he said Absolutely Not, so I told them it wasn't true and hung up.

Started getting calls on my cell recently from these number:  647-476-2136, 866-927-9018, 866-927-9017, and 800-828-8465.  All they do is hang up.  One time a man was on the other line said he had the wrong number. He sure did but that doesn't still doesn't stop him from calling my cell, hanging up every fricken day, everyday, all thoughout the day!  I hate these people.  Who are they and what do they want?!!!

Same thing happened to me on my cell phone.  This was twice today!  The first number was from 800-793-0282, and the second was from 647-476-2136.  I was irate and asked the first lady what company she was with, her name, and what state she was in.  All she would tell me is that she was with Education Advance, her name was Carolyn, and she was in the Pacific Northwest.  I asked her what STATE she was in.  She said she was not allowed to say.  I asked the second lady (who called from 647-476-2136) where she got my number because it is my cell and this was the second call today!  I very IMpolitely said they were burning up my minutes!!  She said a lady by the name of Camille Richards at 3415 Havenbrook Drive, Kingwood, TX  77339 filled out an online survey.  BEWARE!  Oh, and if any of you want her e-mail address, it is camillerichards@yahoo.com.  It is unbelievable I got all of this information. I guess I sounded irate enough to come through the phone and strangle someone if I DIDN'T get it!  Well, I checked out the address and it is an apartment complex.  So, well, why don't we all just inundate Ms. Camille with 10,000 e-mails and ask her to please fill out her OWN information online next time?!?!?!

I live near Kingwood.  I keep getting these calls too.  Also these number:  866-927-9018, 866-927-9017, 800-828-8465, 647-476-2136, 877-229-6067.  I should pay MS Camille Richard's a visit and give her a taste of her own medicine and sue her butt for harrassment!!! Thanks for the info.  I will most definitely drop her a line!!!

I tried to send her an email but it bounced back.  I guess I will have to send it snail mail.  If I send it today she should get it tomorrow.

Whoever these people are, they do the same thing as another company called Getyourdegree.net, who I only a few days ago got to STOP calling me via an irate email. Now I have to deal with this. Ugh.

I have received a call twice from 647-476-2136, as well as calls from 813-885-7057. The only time that I picked up they said they were calling on a free trip I won from a webpage survey. Well I never filled out a survey so I hung up. But the man knew my name! Then I started receiving calls all day from 3 digit numbers. How is that even possible?

I got a call on Friday, May 16th about noon CDST. When I opened my phone I heard a woman talking for about 2 seconds then it went dead.
On May 1st I had responded on-line for a job listed on CareerBuilder.com (Customer Service Rep. in Minnetonka, MN). I had to set up an account to apply.
On Wednesday May 14th I got a call from a person named Ti who said he was in Florida and worked for Employment Select. He said he was calling because I had applied for a job on May 1st and he needed information but could not tell me who the company was that was looking to hire. He asked if I was over 18, legal resident and the phone number to reach me at and best time to call. He said that in 2 days someone else would call to further interview me and he would send a confirmation message to my email. Later that day I got an email from "verifications@veriresme.com
I called the number that Ti called from to investigate. The woman that answered did not have much information. I asked if the web site that sent me this message was connected with "Employment Select". She was not much help. I decided to log and it asked me to fill in resume type information. Part of that was an email address for any employer, reference or school. With out the email you could not proceed. I used mine for one and another personal reference told me he got an email. He was contacted while I was still on their website filling in information. When he tried to respond back it said it could not connect or send, error message.
After I had filled in the information for what I thought was a job I was given the opportunity to get a $100 PizzaHut gift card for filling out a survey. Being out of a job and low on cash I tried it. It was a link to multiple offers for products and services. Many were big name companies. In order to get t he gift card you had to respond to 3 offers. Most wanted to set you up with a service or item that you only paid a small amount for or the cost of shipping and handling and wanted your credit card information. THIS HAS TO BE A SCAM! This phone number is in Canada.
Now I feel the need to contact my personal references and warn them. I am going to send this information to my local TV consumer investigations, CareerBuilder and anyone else I can find to put pressure on this fraud.

I have the lengthy posting above. I had also been doing what Regina did. Here is a possible solution. I called the number (1-647-476-2136) BUT, put (*67) in first. It rang through to a recording for a company called Home Based Businesses Center and gave you an option to remove your number fro0m their computer or call list if you enter your phone number then the #. I am going to try and see what happens. What can I lose, they already have my number. At least it got past their computerized phone block. Good luck. Post if it works for you so I can feel like I discovered something useful and of service to others from my greedy venture to get a free gift card. What is free anyway but faith, kindness and grief and who needs grief.

I tried it and I hope it works. they message says it may take up to 24 hours to take effect. Good Luck Post if it works for you. You do have to enter *67 first.
