Same thing here.  I get that call so much that I recognize it immediately.  Thank goodness for the ignore button!

These people are relentless............they've called my cell phone four times today and I finally had to look the number up online to see what idiot doesn't take the hint. I was involved many years agon with ONE CBT course and they call, and call, and call..............................sound like a bunch of unemployed (probably fired!) used car sales men and women who have nothing better to do with their lives but live off the call records of their predecessors. Please make them stop!!!

I have done business with this organization. It is CBT. They DO NOT deliver what they say they will, and as soon as they have your money, good luck ever actually getting something from them.  Oh, they do offer online access to their course materials, but you will not be able to work offline (but they will lie and say you can), their certification promises are [***] (they have no authority to certify you anything), they can't guarentee anything (but they will lie and say they can), and the course material SUCKS!!!!!! Very, very poor training materials.If you can block this number, do so, and if not, don't answer the call or respond to messages.  These guys are total hacks.  There is no education involved, except you learning that you just got [***] if you give them any money.

I took one of their courses in 2002. I never finished the course because of connection problems to their server the 1st 6 months of the contaract. When the contract ran out they asked me to renew. I declined and told them I'm now able to access the site and take courses through my job. They are relentless and continue to call. I've told them I'm no longer interested, but they keep calling. these calls have been coming for the last 6 years. I look at the number and see if they'll leave a voicemail message and google it to make sure. It's just a big pain in the you know what.

I just got a call from them.  I was in a meeting and unable to answer.  I hope they don't continue calling me.  I will say I went to their compTIA bootcamp in Tampa and it was an excellent course, instruction, online training and material.  I am not certified and have nothing bad to say about CBT but I sure hope they don't hound me constantly.

I phoned them back and asked their customer service to remove me from their phone list because I did not need to buy courses any more.  The lady was very pleasant and added me to their FTC list.

the caller said that he was from CBT DIRECT, I told him I was at work and can I call him back, he said sure and hung up. There is many less than favorable comments about this number on numerous web sites.

I'm sick and tired of these people ringing my phone off the hook...If you get no answer just go away.

I took one of thier A+ benchmark test online, When I got a low score I tried again, same questions,  same answers different score. The next time I wrote down the questions researched the answers and took the test again, still got a low score, the TESTs are RIGGED...  total BS. They call all the time. Next time I'll tell them to remove me from thier call list and go from there.

Just wanting to know what became of your class action lawsuit against CBT Direct. Thanks for the info.

They started calling me asking for another person.  I have had my cell number for 5 years.  I told them I don't appreciate them using my minutes on my cell, I'm on the Do Not Call list and  if they called again, my attorney would be in touch.  I was not polite at all.  We will see.  

I am also on the Do Not Call List, so will report them there.

I have no idea how these people got my cell phone number yet my phone just rang 5 mins ago.  They did not leave a message.  I alway look up these types of numbers but they are usually to my home phone..odd!  Someone must have sold my info to a marketing company.

Umm I've dealt with CBTXpress and received all my CompTIA certifications. They are a legal company and worthwhile. I think a few posters are people that failed the courses because they lacked the drive or knowledge. The US Military uses CBTXpress and I say you should as well.

I don't know who the company is.  I refuse to take the call.    It shows on my cell as no name.  Please block this call.
