They have called 4 times in the last hour!! Everytime I tell them to stop they tellme it's automated and there's nothing they can do. They keep hanging up on me, but yet they keep calling! They're going to get a printout of my cell phone incoming calls and the money I'm charged for each call!

- JerThese people called my house claiming we owed on an account from 2002! They said we had a latin music club memebership that we didn't owe very much on, but the 6 years it has sat there, it accrued to over $200.00. First of all, I am NOT latin!! I don't buy music in the mail. They had my husband's name with MY social security #!! SCAM!!!

- Sorry| 2 repliesI receive these calls which are related to my ex. Sorry to say but just responding to this site that you are being scammed or it's not you does not change the situation. You are "probably" connected to, related to or the actual person they are trying to reach. I feel no sorrow for people with poor credit, if you dig your grave DIE IN IT. What I don't understand is why I have to receive these calls because I made a poor marital decision?
- TruthfulJerica, have you considered that your husband might have a Latin fetish, that the charges my be from a Latin Porn Site? Think about it, if you were going to sign up for a BIG DICK website would you give your actual address information? If you really want to know why they are calling you contact them, if you are not the guilty party you have nothing to lose. They will ask you to verify certain information and that will prove to you and them that you are not the person they are searching for. Get over yourself and the fact that you think you are better than the piece of sh*t you are. If it was not you or your husbands account you would be on the phone taking care of the matter...not typing it on here to justify your case to everyone you don't know. Take care of the problem by actions that work for you, otherwise pay me and I'll take care of them for you...loser!
- Call type: Debt collector
- A HOLE ResponseJose, why not call them to clear the matter...or pay them what you owe them...by the way how is that low 500 credit score treating you?
- Collection Agent| 1 replyMary, call them to get it straight...or do you also know a Leon that you refuse to admidt to? Come on people, when collection companies call you it's for a reason. If you are not the person and don't know the person, call them back and have your number removed, it's easy. Otherwise you can just keep searching these websites to make if feel like it's not you. Like I have said before, if you have nothing to lose why are you not calling the number they provided you to have your name removed from their list??? Probably because you are part of the guilty party...get your credit in line and pay your bills. If you were on the other end would you not want to be paid? DUMBass

- You are a sorry sack of shi! replies to SorryYou come here and accuse anyone who posts here that they are "probably" connected to some alleged debt and express no sorrow for them. Guess what, no one is responsible for any relative's debt unless they are married and they have no obligation to give out any contact information.
And then you [***] about collection calls for your ex. Too bad so sad but if you were married to a dirtbag his/her debts became yours. The divorce decree may have split up the debts but the collectors dont care since they did not agree to this. You are "Definitely" connected to your ex's debts. So why are you judging others before you judge yourself? Maybe you should die in your grave. Are you really dumb enough to criticize all other debtors except yourself and then try to place all that blame on your ex. Dont judge others who have the same problem as you. Hypocrite!!! - TakThese guys are shady dealers and scammers and if you get a call from them file a 1088 Complaint with the FCC at https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do and if you are on the National Do Not Call List, file a Complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx.
If the government gets enough complaints from you, we can put these guys out of business. - CRAP>>> replies to AlfalfaThis is a Collection Agency! Plan and simple. I'd like to say that they are only call because they are owed money by you - but evedently they don't research very well - they keep calling me for someone else - and i have informed them, they do have an automated system that leaves a message saying that if they have the wrong # press 4 and they will stop calling ....Bull, I have pressed 4 probably 50 times yet they continue to call.
- unsureMy parents got a call regarding an unpaid bill from 2004. They called themselves National Credit Debt gave her details of the debt although she was not me including telling her I had 5 days to pay. They were referring to a creditor (2 books bought online) I believe I paid in full. I called them asking why they would have a conversation with someone other than the person they are searching for. I now have to dig for payment documentation to deal with this situation. The woman I talked to said that a statement was mailed to an old address on 6/19/08. I requested that the statement and documentation that I owed $227.45 be mailed to my current address. She said we can do that; it will be tomorrow, but if you do not pay in 5 days this debt will be reported to the credit bureau. I am now researching this company to get more information about them and my rights as a consumer.

- Perfect Credit| 1 replyI'm appalled by the ugliness in these messages. This phone number belongs to a company that helps repair your credit. They are not a collector. So, those of you with your ugly words are quite ignorant and apparently quite bored.
The info provided by Alfalfa is correct, the rest is just from mouthy losers. If they are calling you as they are calling me, I suggest writing to Trish to be removed from the call list.- Caller: National Credit Solutions

- Uh huh replies to Perfect CreditNot buying it. Nobody calls somebodys house 5 times a day because they want to "help". Nobody calls neighbors, dead relatives and people I haven't seen in 20 years because they want to offer "assistance". Nice try anyway.

- Just Trying To Help| 2 repliesIt is a collection agency. I guess there is more than one national credit solutions, but this one is a collections agency. You will find the 1-800 number on their contact page as well as their address and email address. When I called them they told me about an account I had in 2002 that I owed money for. The lady said they just recently received the account from who I owed money to. I know that I had the account, but told her that I think it's a bunch of crap that I get put into collections over it 7 yrs later. It posted to my credit score and dropped it about 100 points.. So just beware of that issue, too. The lady that I talked to told me that as long as I could pay the balance off within a month she could get it off of my credit report with no problem. She allowed me to split it up in two payments so that I didn't have one huge amount to pay at once. The person who I spoke to was named Kay ext 101. She was really nice and friendly. Their website is http://nationalcreditsolutions.net/ .. I know this because that is where I went to get their phone number since I only found out about it through my credit report. I just wanted to put that out there and don't want to or mean to cause any problems.

- Grow UpI just called them back and the guy I spoke to was very informative after he verified who I was and he was quite polite... Most of the collection agencies I deal with are not usually nice... as for the AH's that are getting on evryone for poor credit... Do some research yourselves it's like 85% of american's have bad credit... That's why we're in an economic crisis that everyone feels the government has to and will bail us out of (yeah right), when was the last time the government did anything right, not since I can remember... Anyway some people like me have had businesses that have failed and unfortunately were held up for several years on the personal credit of the owner... Now mine and my wifes credit sucks and we can't do much about it cause the job I got barely covers our living expenses... So stop being such DUMBasses, every situation is different and unique... And don't be so mean.

- tammyI'm here because I saw an add for a job that listed this number to call but not much other info and wanted to know what it was for. I found this and all the petty little bickering going on here. Facts are that almost everyone has something on their credit report that doesn't belong there- Mine used to show that I moved on average once a month with - I lived on Avenue H and sometimes it would show Have St, H ave, Ave H, H Street, etc- every time you move your credit takes a hit- quick to get really bad credit for no reason at all.
Now here is a scam that you may not be aware of (particularly those that just pay people that claim you owe them money- If a company sends you a bill and you pay it then you are in effect agreeing that the bill is legit. If you don't pay it then your only recourse is to send a letter (registered mail) asking the company to stop contacting you. If it shows up on your credit report you can dispute it and have it removed. That is all you can do about the situation.
I mean this literally- I can sit here in my home and print out bills for nothing at all and if you pay any part of it then you are legally liable for all of it- because you admitted that you owed it when you paid the first part. If you don't pay it then it doesn't hurt me at all- this goes for collection calls too- I can make them and if you pay me after wards then you owe the money, otherwise you can't do anything about it except make me stop contacting you- it is legal to do this.
When know-it-alls come on and act like anyone that receives such a call MUST have incurred the debt it makes me laugh because those self righteous idiots are the ones most likely to get ripped off by these things. Well deserved comeuppance I think.
