We received several calls from this number at 1:30 am.  When we finally answer the man said, sorry, wrong number but he kept calling.  Can anyone tell me who this might be?

we dont now who it was but the phones start coming in around 130 in the moring my wife answerd the person on the other side said sorry i have the wrong number but he or she keep on calling they tried again around 500 in the moring we was sleeping i answered the phone the secound time around the hung up but the tried again 30 minutes later please take our numbers off your call list thanks scoutdad2005@yahoo.com

I got a call around 1 in the afternoon but i missed it. What was weird though is that no area code showed up?

This number belongs to the city of Arlington. I reported fireworks to police last night around 11. Someone from this # called at 2:40 am to ask if we were still hearing fireworks. How dumb is that?

I seriously doubt that the City of Arlington would be making calls like this. This has to be a spoofed number. Internet callers can change how the Caller Id appears on your phone. More than likely they are gathering working numbers to sell to scammers. If it is legitimate City business, they will leave a message.

Called yesterday three times in a row. Every time I hit decline call because the number is unfamiliar to me and I know now one in the area code they immediately called again.
