This number is registered ot Primerica, the king of sleazy marketing practices in the financial services industry. The name in the message was Karen Griffith, the branch manager of this location.

This isn't the first time I've got telemarketing calls from their local office, in violation of being on the donotcall.gov list.  This instance has been reported ther, and will be reported to the police as well.

I also have been Contacted by this Karen Griffith person several times and I also am on the (do not call list). It seems if you post a Resume on career builder she gathers your information and takes liberties with your phone number. She needs to be stopped...

I'm glad I looked up this number because that is exactly what happened.  She called me because my resume is on Career Builders so now I know not to call her back.

Same phone number same lady!  Through career builder.  I had an apt scheduled for tonight, I am SOOO glad I googled the company name and her name, I am not going now, and do not have to waste my time!!!

I received a call from this women, she said she got my resume from career builders and had some great opportunity for me. Obviously after reading the posts I won't be calling her back. She sounded like a ditz anyway, couldn't remember the date, time or when she was leaving that day...an entertaining message!

This Karen Griffith called me too. Said I had the skills she was looking for and that she wanted to offer me an "opportunity." I told her: "As long as this isn't a top-down marketing or multi-tiered management scheme." She said, "I'm not sure I know what that is." My ass she doesn't know what that is. These companies came of-age in the late eighties and have been a cancer in the legitimate job market.

I too also got an unsolicited call from Karen Griffith. Glad I checked this site. I won't be wasting my time with her. Also checked her Linked-In profile. She's been the SR. MGR at Primerica since 1900 (109 years). Wow.

I received a call today from this Karen Griffith person as well. This is the second time that I have received a phone call from this person before as well.  My phone is on the Do Not Call list, and my resume has not been on Career Builder for over two years now.  She said I didn't have the skills she was looking for but would like to speak with me about some opportunities because she was expanding her office in Algonquin.

Opportunity, my a#$.  My resume has not been on the internet for over a year now so I am not sure where she got my number (I am also on the DNC list).  She only left her name and number because I'm sure that if she mentioned Primerica no one would call her back (at least not the smart ones)  Like I'm going to give up my full-time job in Information Technology to persue one of her "opportunities"  LOL!  Good Luck Karen!

The call this time was from "Kim Glass" -- same initials.  Caller ID on cell phone was 224-659-8549 -- but the call back number was 847-458-6780.  The opportunity sounded great, but too good to be true so I looked up the number -- here it is.  The only place my resume would have been visible is through CareerBuilder too -- from 2-3 years ago.

P.S. She said she was expanding their office in Lake in the Hills.

Received the same call from Karen at the same number. Primerica is a total scam as my wife's friend took the bait. A classic pyramid scheme as they ask YOU for money to get started with THEM. BBB has multiple listings of complaints against them as well. A total rip off!!

I sent her a link to this website, and advised her to not contact me.

Its good that I checked all my list of company's that I applied for work, before calling this guy. I check his
name and office location on the internet, but nowhere in the list provided.Instead a long list of complains. Otherwise he's gonna get all my informations.

My letter and message is exactly the same with " curious"  dated 27 Feb 2010, right above this message.

isn't it possible that 2 people with completely different names have the same initials? if you didn't talk to either one of these people how do you know what its all about?  maybe you shouldn't be so small minded.

My name is Kim Graf and I work in an office with Karen Griffith, not the same person.  Before you pass judgement maybe you should do your homework.
