also tried support@grantresearchguide.com and that didn't work either.
Do you have a correct email address - Terrie replies to elaine dI also have called to find out about this $58.60 charge. They refuse to give me my money back and claimed I signed up for a MEMBERSHIP. I would have never signed up for a membership. I still have not received my CD and it's been 10 days. I think they do this on purpose, so they can bill you the fee. That way you don't see any hidden terms you may have missed when you signed up for a free CD. I want in on a lawsuit. They don't deserve to be in business when they are shady about it.
- Shepherd replies to louise194875@yahoo.com| 2 repliesI just paid different amounts for the free CD and down loads, then I read your warning Blogs. WOW, now I am afraid my Credit Card is going to get charged over the moon!!! I tried to cancel with all that I think I ordered, but I guess I will have to wait and see.
Thanks For The Warning.
P.S. I really do wish there was something out there to make money honestly. That is not a rip-off by someone else. - Shepherd replies to KarenI did try the web-site Grantresearchguide.com/research/ and it did work. The guy that so kindly gave the web-site misspelled guide at the end. The best thing I can tell any one is before buying into one of these great deals is punch in their web-site and find what you are reading right now. It might save you lost money and anger. I hope things work out for all of us!!! Good Luck!!!
Shepherd - me replies to Shepherd| 1 replyI was curious about receiving grants, etc. to advance my education. I was planning on canceling as soon as possible anyway. I called the 800 numbers available and had to leave messages. One number didn't even work. Then, I discovered this website. Wow! I canceled my debit card to prevent future problems.
- Phillip L. OgdenGot a call wanting me to subscribe to another service for $35.75, I refused so lets wait and see but it sounds very fishy to me.

- Lacey replies to Bill K| 2 repliesOk, so yes we fell victim too, wish I was thinking and searched out the company beforehand, but like most, I didn't. All of the numbers so far associated with these merchants no longer work, and the one that was attached to my charge sends you to a voice mailbox. How much you want to be they call you back? We got charged $68.13 - had to cancelled our debit card and went to my credit union to file for unauthorized charges.
Here is what I did to further escalate the problem to get to the right authorities. I went to bbb.org. Typed in my zip code. Started a claim under consumer. To process a claim with the BBB you need to have the company address. Of course, you don't have this. So with the help of the above comment, I used those phone numbers to search out the company. The first one of 888-276-8105 worked, one other one works as well bringing you to the same company. The grant one. I followed through and filled out all appropriate information and even included some testimonials from other victims. Hopefully someone, somewhere will take notice and realize and do something to these companies - I truly can't believe they can take advantage of people like this! - soulsrch replies to Robbye| 1 replyI am so angry. I tried to go to granteveryday.com/resource. There is no such web site. Then I came across the blogs about this fraudulent company. I had to cancel my credit card. Prior to this, sure enough, I received an email confirming my order for Grant Research Guide. It also stated terms and conditions indicating that $58.61 would be charged monthly to my account. This was not in the original terms and conditions page. I tried to explain this when cancelling my order (via the only phone number that works:800-235-1364). Instead of listening to what I had to say, I was accused of yelling, and hung up on. I wasn't yelling. And this is a "third party" taking calls. They don't care if it's a scam. So how do we take this fraudulent company out?
- soulsrch replies to Lacey| 1 replyoops. originally replied to Nov/08 blog (please see blog). Looks like this scam has been going on for quite awhile. Doesn't seem like attempts to stop this fraudulent activity are working.
- soulsrch replies to soulsrchBesides spending the day making phone calls in order to aviod any further charges, I've also had email contact from customer support (support@grantresearchguide.com). In the emails I'm being told that the additional trial offers were "very clear" , and listed both in the terms and conditions, and on the payment page. It was not stated in terms and conditions. However, I did go back to payment page. In small print at bottom of page it actually lists 3 trials, totaling $90.89 monthly, that you're autimatically signing up for with your request for a grant guide!!
- phyll6@comcast.net replies to Billy Jack| 2 repliesI had the same experience, I am calling the bBetter Business Bureau and also the Attorney General, I suggest you do the same.
- phyll6@comcast.net replies to Linda MonroeI am calling the Better Busness Bureau and the Attorney General, I have a copy of my order which clearly states $0.00 charge and $2.95 charge for shipping. Suggest all of you do the same.
Phyll - R. Carroll replies to Billy JackI ordered the same thing you did. But the phone numbers we have are different. The number I have is 1-877-260-9455. I did get to talk to some one. I did inform him about the website url and told him what I got. He then instructed me to go to www.grantresearchguide.com. This did allow me to get into what I paid for. Hopefully this will help you to either get your money back or get what you paid for. Have a better day. If you want to contanct me pls do it at rcarro71@mercyhurst.edu.
