This is some "special offer" stuff drom Dish Network, which I have. So I'm guessing it's some telemarket place they hired to hawk their wares (?)

These people blow up my phone during ungodly hours!  I asked for a pamphlet on the [***] and they just keep calling.  Today alone there was more than 14 calls that resulted in me getting yelled at at work!!  Knock it off you twits!

called twice today on my cell phone and rudely hung up without saying anything when I said I am probably not interested in whatever your selling.  sounded like some Indian guy in a call center jam packed with 500 other folks all within four feet of him.  Remind me to never use a call center like that one.....or Dish Network!

I get a t least 1 call from this# a day. I'm glad I know now who it is - as thereis never anyone on the other end.

Ever since I have been posted stuff forsale on Craigslist I have been getting strange calls . 1-866-515-9915 is just one of those numbers .

I get calls from them every night. Even after I tell them to stop calling, and that I have Satellite TV with DirectTV... they still call!

I tried this don not call entry on their own site to see if it will stop.

This is a company that recognizes that they harass people with phone calls. So they put the do not call feature on their own website! It also says that after filling it out please allow 30 days for the calls to stop. Are you frickin' kidding me!

Someone keeps calling from this number but says nothing. We are on the do not call list and have told the caller this and not to call us again, to take us off their list.  Regardless, we are still getting calls at all hours of the day and night.

This is actually a dish network affiliate named AllSat (allsat.com)
The company headquarters is located in Springfield MO, although I think the call center has been outsourced to India. Irregardless, I have filed a police report with the Springfield police department phone harassment is defined as calling after being told not to and is usually punishable by up to one year in jail. I urge everyone to take the tme to file the onie police report available.

i just started getting calls from:  866-515-991   YEP you saw it right!! missing the last digit!!!i'm not answering that crap!!!

I got two calls in one hour from this company stating that they were a division of DISH Network named Allsat.  I attempted to return a call to them, I was placed on hold and subjected to the most godawful music in creation. After a few minutes I hung up.  I refuse to deal with them and any further calls will result in my filing a complaint.
