Yes, Todd Higens called me from that number in regaurds to a loan application I filled out online.

Did you get the loan. he called me as well. I have been trying to find more information but, am not getting much. I want to know if he is a scamer or not.

I filled a loan app. online, and call a from this number also from a ben philips. he sounds very convicing and professional. to get aloan you have to send a down payment toward the laon via money gram. He said I would get the money in 24 hours.  So he calls the next day saying they had trouble wiring the money to my account because someone wrote down the wrong number. Then the next day they conviently get a computer virus and are not sending out any loans. Then the next day he says you were not approved for the loan an it would take 20 days to get my money back, That was yesturday, so Ill see what happens

Hey, Jason i did the same thing and now i cant get a hold of them just tried to call them and no answer or anything so im thinking this is a scam and im going to find these people and file a lawsuit. This is illegal and should be stopped, If you feel the same way and sent them a down payment you should also file a lawsuit. I sent them 2400 for a downpayment for a 16,000 dollar loan. Lets put a stop to this nonsense.

Same as David and all the others I have been scammed out of my money but I am not just going to let this go. They might think they have gotten away with this but trust me they have slipped up somewhere. Nobody ever leaves a clean trail. I have papers and all that go back to where they supposedly were located and to who so called was the lender. Bets believe they are going to get what they deserve.

I too have been scammed in the exact same way. The phone number now only says "goodbye" and the website is shut down. There is a "Regal Financial Group" but they are located in Michigan. I have called them to inquire about affiliationa and the woman informed me that she, "was in no way affliated with the company." and gave me the number to the department of justice consumer protection department in Clearwater FL. The number is: 727-213-6968. I'm all for busting these guys and getting our money back. I'll gladly press charges and do whatever it takes to stop these people. Let me know if/what I can do to help anyone else.
