I dont have people trying to find me because my payment is due and nobody will return a phone call! There also is nothing illegall about taking people to court and force them to pay back money they agreed to pay back, WITH INTEREST. Do you honestly think you can take a loan for $200.00 and then pay only $200.00 back? I guess it's all my fault you never paid your bill, rite? Well, I do sleep well. Look, everyone!  These guys ARE a scam!  They called and left a message for me telling me that they were going to call the sheriff's department in my town so that that office would summon me to court for an unpaid debt of over ten years ago.  A lady by the name of Karen Davis from the New York Attorney Generals Office in New York would like to hear from you if you have been victimized by this guy in any way.  Her telephone number is (716) 853-8416 if you would like to talk to her and tell her your story.  PLEASE do this because Karen Davis wants to put this creep in jail really bad!  Thanks!

They called my parents and told them that there was a civil lawsuit against me and needed to talk to me. My parents called me and was very upset that they called them. I had my husband called them and they stated that they were Legal Action and could they have the case number. We hung up the phone at that time.

Amazing how all these reports say this is a scam. Here is the real scam, YOU PROMISED TO MAKE GOOD ON A DEBT AND NEVER DID!!! You people, If you choose to admit it or not, Are crooks and should be put in jail for stealing money.

If it was not for losers like you, There would not even be debt collectors. Do not try to confuse the real issue, If you do not pay the money you owe, That makes you a crook! If this wasn't a scam then I should have already been served papers from a call my manager received 2 months ago on an alleged debt I owed. Bill, you are so full of it.  Before cold calling people you should at least try to verify if the debt is even valid, numbnuts, and not one that was payed off many years ago.

Bottom line, their tatics are illegal.  They threaten with no power to do so, disclose personal information and violate collection laws to no ends.  I almost got called on the floor at work because of their little call and had to show my boss the hundreds of complaints all over the web on this company as well as proof the debt had been paid.  One day you are going to [***] the wrong person with your illegal practices.

Just received a message on my home phone which mind you is not even listed in my name.  Talked about returning the phone call within 48 hours...Blah Blah.  Couldn't understand what the name was.  This is the second time this happened to me

I just called this number and requested their address and the guy on the phone became very beligerant and continued to ask for my name.  I ask him for the address again and he told me that I needed to take care of my responsibilty and pay the debt.  I told him that I was trying to do that but that I wanted to request a debt validation letter and he started yelling at me over the phone.  I hung up on him.  I understand that people have a job to do but if I don't know what you want me to pay then I can't very well pay it.

The debts are valid [***], IF the debt was paid then it was paid through a collection agency. It's your fault that the paperwork did not get properly processed. Bottom line is that you should not talk about things you know nothing about. The power to sue is there, It is also carried out. The only people that are pissed off are the people that have done everything in there power to avoid paying the money they owe and are now forced to pay up! If it were up to me, I would have the client of this company take each and everyone of you to court. It is too bad the law says you have to be given a chance to pay first. If your debt was paid years ago, Then that's why you did not get served idiot! That's what the investigation is for. You are an idiot.
