Best to change your visa. It will be charged again. - JonIf you order the trial product they will automatically charge your account unless you cancel the subscription. I had received a $98 charge for 2 additional containers of their product.
"part of the agreement"
make sure you call the number and cancel the subcription as soon as possible.
I'm sure 90% of their calls are complaints on this.
Its a scam...- Call type: Debt collector
- M2 replies to Justin CaseGood catch. Following text were included in an earlier email to me when I ordered free trial of Acai Berry Pure (shitmark 2010). Now I understand how they were envisioning that my free trial "ends".

- PennyI also was scammed with the two products fromacoptimumcs and advcolcs.com.. They advertise to pay 3.95 s&h offered also through that anchor news lady discount and my account was charged 79.98 each for both products and cannot ge through with phone #'s or online now. I gave no authorization for a deduction of that amount, only shipping and handling. I'm extremely p______d, God have mercy on their lieing souls and I hope they get nailed and sent to prison!!!!!!!!!
- Caller: ???? seen it online
- Penny| 1 replyI just left a report but did get through on the customercare number from the advanced colon one at 1-866-692-2801 but they say your 14 day trial starts from confrimmed order date not when you get it, the day i cannceled it is the day they charged my account. I hope someone can get these people, they said all sales after the trial date are final and will not refund money back to my account. I'm sure it is same for the acai berry too.
- Stan replies to PennyI also tried to cancel as soon as my bank informed me that the FREE TRIAL as stated , actually debited my account for 2 large sums that I had not agreed to. I emailed them and wanted a complete refund. Still no satisfaction to date.
- Juz Um Gy| 1 replyMy wife placed an order with Acai Optimimum last weekend. After placing the order which should have been $1.95, we received an email confirming the $99.96 payment was received. Within 15 minutes, we cancelled the order online. We tried to follow up by telephone Monday morning, but as many others have seen, the "customer service" number is not answered. She followed up online, and was told that the order had already been processed and shipped. She advised of the cancellation, and was told that was for the future orders, but the first shipment had been processed.
We contacted our bank's card services and they cancelled her card to prevent future charges, but until we received and returned the product they could not help. The actual charges did not show up for nearly a week, and I contated them personally today. Thanks to the information on this site, I looked up the contact information for the Attorney General for Florida, Arizona and Illinois before calling them at the number provided with the charge. The first CSR did her job and refused to cancel. By remaining calm I was able to inform her that I had already reasearched AG for those states as well as the Federal Trade Commision, and I was instantly transfered to a supervisor. The supervisor reviewed the account, and advised that the first shipment had been cancelled and refunded and that no future shipments would be sent.
If you ever wondered what happened to all of the tele-marketers of the 80's and 90's, there are here working for this company. They have no fear of you, but the AG and the FTC will shut them down and fine them....that get's their attention.- Caller: Acai Optimimum

- Mislead replies to Juz Um GyYes, I was just scammed today as well. I did my "free trial" back in Feb 2010 made the deadline and sent my bottle back as requested. 4 months later, they debited my checking account for almost $100. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN.
