This bunch posted a $69.95 debit against my checking account 2 days ago.  I called my bank today re the $70 charge against my checking account.  I told them that I had ordered a "free" CD and agreed to a $1.98 S/H fee, but was now being charged $70 a month for this! I told them about this site, and read snippets from a few postings.  They agreed to give me a replacement debit card, and put the charge into a "disputed" status, and said they will not honor any more charges from this vendor -- all for free.  As a disputed item, the bank will contact them and see what info they can get, and also do other investigations.  AND not charge my account until this has been resolved!

I plan on doing all the complaining that has been suggested in here, and tell these scammers what I have done, and that my bank will be contacting them.  If more financial institutions do this, that may begin to put the fear of god into them ... maybe.  It certainly cannot hurt!!

I have been scammed to.  This is the worst scam I have ever seen.  I ordered a FREE CD and looked at my acoount today and saw the 69.95 charge.  I called them and they told me I was a member.  I didn't sign up to be a member this is royally pissing me off.  I will sign an affidavit tomorrow at the bank and get my money back.  I am going to show this on other websites to. People like this need to be drug out back and shot.

I did what Bryan said do.  They immediately got on the phone with a supervisor and refunded my money.  Thank you Brian.  This company is a bunch of scam artist.  People like this need to be put in jail

here is what i did,(cancelled my credit card) filed a report as bryan said, with the AG and FBI - then I called for the 69.95 charge @ 8882102544 - told them EXACTLY that(my filed complaints with both places), told them that the company they are in business with is a scam and I was going to take this to the end of the earth I want my money back. Jerardo @ x5711 quickly acted and refunded my money. THEN I called for my 29.95 charge - from IWBclub (866-6071071)- and "dennis" @ x2240 quickly did the same and gave me my reference number as I said I needed it for furter reporting to these agencies in reporting their compliance or incompliance.  With this, I said that as soon as the money is returned I will report the update to both AG and FBI to make them look better.  

so all the money should  be back in my account, NO PROBLEM

Same thing just happened to us.  Husband agreed to $1.98 shipping for a CD later charged $69.95.  When I called they agreed to cancel "the account" but when she asked to put me on hold to do it, I heard dead air for 20 minutes.  When I tried to call back just got dead air, then fast busy signal.  Total rip off!!!  I am going to call the FBI, my bank and continue to call the company until I get my money back.

i just want everyone to know that i filed a complaint with the better business bureau today and will post any answer/results' i asked for my $101.88 back and for them to stop these crooks;

and today[4-13]  got a refund # from them for the $69.95
i called them and told them that i had filed a fraud report with the nevada better business bureau and the FBi actually have done this, and if you need 'how to info' just go to FBI and BBB-NEVADA
also- you can report fraudulant use of [888]# to   MCI@ 800-828-6984..

calling the[other than the 888#] with the FBI and BBB threat should get you your $ back,,,,,good luck, sweetie...

I am sitting here at my laptop and my blood is BOILING!!! I can't believe that I was suckered by
this same company!!! Not only was I charged an initial fee of 69.95 that I didn't authorize, but I was charged that amount 4 months in a row!!!!! I was stupid for not checking my bank statements and have just discovered these fraudulent charges. I received the pathetic CD, but had no other contact or books
or debt analysis or any of the other perks they say you are entitled to when you purchase this CD for $I.98. I will not rest until this company is brought down. I will make it my life's mission to see that this company gets what it deserves... TO BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW!!!!! Please everyone, pay close attention to your bank statements and don't fall for bogus online scams.
It is so sad when a company takes advantage of people in such an economic crisis. Let's all ban together
