well,i was stalked today,by a so called"provest" pi..for what, to update records..for a Phone Number they claim my  spouses mtg.company had,was innacurate. bs. he talked to them the day before,to see if they recieved  payment,because it hadnt cleared in over a week.they recieved it and was to cash the next day.and all info was current.i walked into a friends house,and over heard them pressing her for info,asking,to find my spouse and i's number/ect..i got on the phone,and this man,persisted in pressuring me into giving info,to him,a total stranger!..info the mtg company already had..when i said i have to get permission to give out any info,he then threatened me 3 times..and said he would stalk me through people who would know me,to harass them,until he got what he wanted.he said this! i told him,fine..gave him cell to spouse..because i dont have a mtg! and told him that is the number to put on record. he then called my spouse.spouse had no clue who on the other end demanded info.so guess what..Click.DONT YOU THINK IF INFO WAS INNACURATE,THE MORTGAGE COMPANY WOULD CALL. WOULD WRITE. this company is illegally stalking people and invasion of privacy,harrassing people,threatening people,scaring old folks,and pretending to be a long lost friend trying to get back in touch with the person they are trying to reach..phony fraudulent practices is what i think,in my opinion., ...for what? to update a # .. if it is true they are legit..legit in what ?    ive contacted the bbb,posted fraud alerts on all credit agencies,the mortgage company,the banks,the attorney general of consumer protection agency for both states, as this could be misconstrued as stalking,fraud,identity theft.. especially if the mtg.co has the info,or address..  i think they need to wake up and contact the mtg companies to update the file that was sent to them,with an innacurate number.i wonder if the fbi has looked into thier illegal harrassing with a legal job description.
