This number calls over and over again, never leaves a message.

they use many different numbers too.  A lot of times they all from cell numbers so it doesn't show the 800 # to make you answer the phone.

I have been paying credit one bank 25 bucks from auto pay from my checking account each month on a small $300 bill. My credit limit was 500. I moved overseas at at the end of the year and I just checked how much I had left to pay on this account. They charged had been charging me fees and raised my credit limit to 700 without telling me. I signed on and now my totall amount owed to them is $1,200.00. My balance should be around 100 bucks by now. I will be reporting this fraud to the SEC an I encourage you all to do the same.

People on phone would not identify themselves.  Called a minor's cell phone and pressed them them for information about a person the child did not know.  When I called them and informed them that they had the wrong number, the person was very rude and told me that it could be several days before they stopped calling and to expect more calls.

For the last month or so they have been calling my house up to ten times a day. They've also been calling from 651-204-1375, I.C SYSTEMS, INC. I usually don't answer, but I answered today. I told them if they call my number one more time, I will bring charges against them of harassment and sue the $h** out of them!!!  Let's see if they call back again... lol

The same company had been calling my husband's cell phone using a different number, but it was the same company... I told them off and they haven't called back since.

I'm getting pretty good at this... lol Maybe I should start my OWN business: "Harassing Call Stoppers"... lol

If you buy a pay as you go phone and the number was used before, you will get all the calls for the last person.  That happens to me all the time even though I have had this phone over a year.

They have been calling even though I have been paying $50. per month. Fortunately, they call my cell. The "ignore" button has been getting a workout. They never leave a message. If anyone on here is getting calls from them on their home phone, see if your phone company has call block that blocks individual numbers. All they will get when they call is a recording saying that the person they are calling is not accepting calls at this time. Also, SW Bell has/had a thing that is basically what is decribed above except that they have to know the pin number (one that you establish) in order to complete the call. Good luck to the [***] trying to get through. Bill collectors are the worst kind of pond scum. If someone choses this as a living, they have no soul. Get a REAL job. Flipping burgers would be better than being a bill collector. They get training in being manipulative and underhanded. That is no lie. I know a former bill collector and he told me that they have to train for 2 weeks on handling "deadbeats" as the trainer told them. He didn't even finish training. He told them to shove rgeir job. Scum bags.

I'm getting calls every hour from 8am - 9pm from this number, it rings 2 times then hangs up, no message & it's on my cell phone.  I'm going to answer next time and tell them off!

Continuing phone calls to my work cellphone...has to stop!

They start caling here at 8:07 it's auto dial they use. I am out of work have told them that several times. Next I am sending a letter telling them not to call me anymore. If they want to turn account over to collection agency so be it. However I am going to tell them to work with me and if they can't then it's bankruptcy time for all creditors.

They call over and over. I have a pay as you go phone. I have never owed these people money. They won't stop.

This number has been calling my cell phone several times a day for 2 weeks now. Never leaves a message. So this morning I answered but they hung up when I said hello. Dirt bags!!  I don't have any credit cards and don't want any.

Now, if you call 202-367-9284, you don't get Lucy Murphy -- unless she's the person who is recorded saying "For quality purposes, the call may be recorded..."

The real question is, how to document this subterfuge in a way that will convince, say, your local senator, that Credit One needs to be kicked in the balls. With creditors who don't mask their identity, you can provide your phone records as proof that they've called you 12 times a day for 6 months. In a case like this, it's way more complicated.

My wife and I are journalists - she in particular has investigative experience and substantial knowledge of the banking industry. So we're on it. Cross your fingers...
