This number has called me 9 time just in the last 2 days. Anyone have any idea who this is?

I have received about 20 calls from this number in the last several days. They never leave a message.

Had 3 calls from this number on Saturday. Never left a message. *67 and called back and it was a company name I am not familiar with.

get calls 3 times a day.  No message, I have yet to answer it, do not plan to.

I called them back using *67 as well. The answering system says IC systems, which according to the website I found is a collection agency.

the number calls me a min. of 5 times a day anywhere from 7 am to just before 10 pm. I have small children is there any way to complain?

yea this number called me too... i think its the same people as 651-204-1395. i never answered that other number so i'm thinking this is a new approach. they call ALL the time.

Theyve called from this number several times today and say they arent at liberty to say what they do.  said the company was OCI.  Asked for my number to take it off the list. once i gave it to them, they said they havent been calling.  after hanging up, they called 2 more times.

I have received over 20 calls from this number all times of the day. I have ill and aged relatives and I am sick and tired of the phone ringing from these morons all hours of the day, thinking something is wrong with my relatives.

Is there any way to stop these phone calls?

calls twice a day leaves no messages. I don't answere the phone if i don't know who is calling especially out of the state. scammers and spammers you know.

some lady named karen called from this number she is very rude as most collectors or "telemarketers" tend to be i ended up hanging up on her and blocking the number.

Automated expecting me to press certain numbers to varify identity, inform wrong identity or even to say wrong number. These type of calls are ridiculous due to they don't leave messages. If this is a legitimate business, then they need to use a real person to handle their calls. Automated is not the way to impress individuals, regardless of the reason for the calls.

just got a call from this number today. When I call it back it puts me on hold for a while then says " Due to high call volume we cant take your call at this time" then click. They woke me up this morning !!!! And Im grouchy!!!! Does not say the name of the company of course.

Many calls from this number in the past few days...no messages, no pattern of when they call.  I'm not answering!

This number calls me like 5-7 times a day ... when I pick up the phone, it is some kind of recording and they know my name ... they wanted me to push "1" or "2" and I was scared that it was a scam, so I hung up the phone ... this has been so damn annoying, that I have really considered changing my cell phone number, so I can stop receiving these calls ...

The Caller IC System calles everyday at 8am, and about 9pm , today it called also at around 12 noon,  Caller ID System 202 367 9779, never leaves a message., Is there anyone out there or Google, or AOL, or whoevere that can help us???? get these people off our backs!!! HELP1 HELP!HELP!

it's a debt collector.  they buy your number from other debt collectors who were unsuccessful at colleting your debt. (651)204-1395 is likely the people they bought it from in minnesota.  You can put it on "no sound" on your cell phone so at least when they call you don't have to hear it ring.  They are probably more aggressive than the others, so that's why they'd call so many times a day.

I've had several calls from this number.  A couple of times I picked up the phone and then hung up right away.  This afternoon they rang and rang and rang some more so I picked up the phone and listened.. the recording said hello and then in a very scratchy feeble voice I said hello...they replied, Good-bye.. so maybe that is the end of them calling me.
