Said a warrent is out in my name and I should call this number to talk to the lead officer

This guy from this number said he was an officer from the "Tax Revenue Service" and that there was a warrant out for my husband's arrest because of unpaid taxes from 2010.  This is a scam.  We received nothing in writing; we pay people to do our taxes and get them double checked; and we received no certified letters, even though the guy claimed we did.  Same scam has been happening to a friend of ours who called the IRS and told him he did NOT owe any taxes and that it was a scam.

Also received a call from 202-621-0123 (at work) stating a lawsuit is being filed against me for unpaid taxes, an arrest warrant has been filed, push 1 to deal with this now or call back. Called back, no answer, no VM, just rang. After googling the number it appears many people have been experiencing the same in the last month.

Same thing just happened to me.  He said I had almost $6000 in unpaid traces from 2010-2015. He got irate when I begin questioning him for more information.

This number called and said i had an arrest warrant issued for almost $5000 in unpaid taxes. When i informed him that i haven't filed taxes in almost 10 yrs because i draw disability he became very mad and started asking are you trying to play me. I then informed him i was going to give his fake name and badge number and phone number to my local sheriff. That's when he hung up.

Received same call as above. That a warrant was issued on my name!!!

I got a call from this number earlier today. (201)621-0123. They apparently left a message on my voicemail to give them a call as an arrest warrant was put out against me. I gave them a call but did not give them any information. The man whom I was speaking with told me to write down some information and I had a very hard time understanding him.  He spoke with an accent. I kept asking him to repeat things while I was writing down what I hardly could decipher. Finally, I kept asking him to repeat himself so much that he finally hung up. During my lunch break, I called a friend of mine who works for a lawyer. I gave her the number and sent a picture of the information that I wrote down. She then begin to Google search this number. She then texted me back and told me that this number had come up as a scam. I am going to make a Facebook posting of this number that if people should get a call, they can link it to my posting and report it.

I got a call from an unknown caller twice, they left a voicemail to reach at this number 202 621 0123 stating that I have an arrest warrant and someone filed a lawsuit against me under my name and  my social sec. number I called back never answered just rang continuously until the phone call failed. I was pretty skeptical about the situation so I started to search up this number on google and I found out many people have been receiving this phone call as a scam.

I got a call from a unknown number they left a message on my voice mail stating that a warrant has already been issued in my name and I should call this number 202-261-0123 to speak with the officer in charge I just googled it because it was a recording and I don't honor do anything to have a warrant for me this is crazy

I got the same recording and I don't know when. I have a spam blocker attached to my phone. It may have blocked this number out. But the message was a recording of a woman saying there's a warrant out for my arrest and to call 202-621-0123 and then press #1.
 Immediately, I called my husband and left a message for him to call me ASAP. I have no idea what this would be for.
 And my spam blocker catches calls that are spammers or sales calls, solicitors etc.
 In my message it said to press number 1 and I would get the arresting officer. I never did anything wrong.
But, This app that I downloaded for my android phone is great!  Because,  my phone use to ring all day long from people that never left any messages or I would get these horrific recordings from another woman saying I owed money to the IRS.
I Googled that number up and found out a whole lot of people were getting the same recording and found out it was a spammer calling & that's why I decided I had enough of these non-sense calls and downloaded the Spam blocker for my phone.
  It's the best App I ever loaded. My phone is quiet now all day and the people who do call me now are only the contacts I know.   Here's the name to the app for blocking unwanted calls.

Instead of going through numbers and googling them. The spam blocker does this for you.
However, I don't know how this woman's recording got through to my messages? But the number got blocked out. And obviously the number they used to call me with, is not the 202-621-0123 number. I'm going to check my spam blocker list of calls  and see if I can find which number this: "Warrant out for my Arrest person called from".
When I find out which # is the one that recording came from, I'll post the number from the spammer!
 SO this way those of you can add the number to your phone ( if you want ) and when you get this type of call?
 You'll know it's not real and give you a heart attack like it did me! God Bless You!
P.S. My Husband is reporting this now to the FBI investigations dept.

I have received several of these calls and reported to the IRS Fraud Division as well as the FBI. This was a voice over message from a woman that didn't speak very good English that to speak to an agent immediately dial a number which wasn't the number shown on the caller ID 202-621-0123. The message was so fast that I couldn't make out the number completely. There have been several rings arrested for fraudulent calls like this. Guess they haven't got them all yet. This is a scam.
