I received a call from this # - spoke with bob and he said he worked for the state of Delaware and was calling about a criminal case and wanted to know the amount of money I would settle for.  When I called the # it was out of service.  Very odd

Just got the same call, he said he was bob worked for State of Delaware, investigating someone in particular and shared info, asking if I knew the person. ( Which I did) called the number back and it was our of service. Hmmmm. Very odd.

Did u ever find out if this was a legit number?

the fact that it was out of service should have been enough of an answer for you.

Verified valid caller was an attorney general prosecutor for the State of Delaware Justice Department.

This is a general outgoing phone ID from the State of Delaware Justice Department offices in Wilmington, Delaware. The number is blocked for return calls, so you cannot call back to this number, and you will get a "not in service" recording.

Received a call from this number stating that some type of legal action was being taken against me.  I was curious, so I called back.  A man with a very heavy foreign accent answered and attempted to get information about me.  He would not identify himself.  I hung up and blocked the number.

Received a phone call from this gentlemen yesterday and today on (2) different phone numbers (302)632-6504 & 302-298-3025. Said something about this number was on the papter to sorry to have called .

Received a phone call from a gentleman looking for Mr. Soja . This is a company phone number wonder how it got it. Told me he was so sorry and that he was trying to get intouch with Mr. Soja he was a private investigator .

Answered the call but it was just silent dead air.  They called back and they never left a voicemail.  Totally a spam/scam call.
