Milton Brown (512)637-9379 is a very rude species along with his "supervisor" Steve (877)381-9370. They do not have affiliation with the Texas Highway Patrol, according to TX Highway Patrol this program is ran by off duty officers (who obviously were not raised right by their mama's). I wouldn't want to be pulled over by them.

We just received a call from this Milton guy.  You are so correct, this jerk should not be allowed to use a phone anytime or anyplace.  If he is truly a highway patrolman, he would be a nightmare if he were to pull you over.  People that serve the public interests should have more control over themselves.  If you hear from him, just hang up or he will hang up on you if he does not get what he want.  WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JERK!!!!!!!!!!
