I just got through asking DFS tp cancel a transaction wirh Dell, because they loaded a software purchase into a "locker" which I could not open and the seller would not accept the three product codes at the web page. I answered the phone but no one responded.

Asleep with the flu. Hubby answers phone from dell saying i hung up on them and they refunded my money. He says wait i will get her . They hang up i believe its dell i call back and it says its dell and i get this usual stupid recording  making me think its real, and then i get a recording they are closed. I keep on and get to some one in elsalvadore telling me its spam . I go on the computer and oh yes it is .

There was no message left.  Since I didn't recognize this number I have not answered. Have received a call everyday for three days.  I just took a chance and looked number up on goggle.

I had a computer virus and Dell fixed it , they were calling back to check if everything was alright.

The first time I called Dell's customer service I talked to a woman with a heavy accent and kids in the background. Finally asked to be transferred to someone in the US. When I got an unintelligible answer I hung up. The next time I called I got someone who spoke better English and was very knowledgeable. He was able to fix my problem.  Dell must allow some of their reps to work from home.

Don't own a Dell.  Call came in the middle of the night on my cell.  I never answer a call or return a call unless I recognize the number.

He called again.  I will not give him any information.  I told him our Dell representative would contact us with anything important.

The call was from Dell regarding an order that I placed online.  It must be real - they kept me on hold forever.

I got a call from 800-456-3355! This time it wasn't Dell, but my health Insurance company trying to ask me for my account information! I was at work, so I told them I don't have time to talk to them! I asked them what they were calling about, and they told me they needed my account information to answer any questions that I may have! I'm like, you called me, and have my information, if you asked if I was the person you contacted, which I said I was! But they kept asking me to provide them with the account information but said I can't talk right now! So then they told me to call them back at the number they called me from! When I did it connected me to Dell, which this number is from! So I'm glad I didn't give them any information, cause usually when I call them, they ask for my SS#! Imagine what would've happened if I trusted this person and actually complied to this caller? I'd probably have my bank account drained and God only knows what else could happen! But it seems strange that they called me! Usually I have to call them! I never got a call from them again! So I definitely was getting scammed!

Great, they called me from this number yesterday, saying they were from Network Health trying to get account information from me! Luckily I was at work and couldn't talk to them! They told me to all back at this number and it connected me to Dell! So immediately I thought it was a scam! So, I never tried to callback again! They never called me back either!

They called my wife's very private cell phone at 10:12 AM PDT on 17 May 2016. Only a small number of people know the phone number. She didn't answer. They did not leave a message. It could not be Dell, because we do not own anything made by them.

My guess is that it is one of those customer support scams or perhaps it is an independent company using spam phone calls to sell Dell products.

We are on the Do Not Call list. I will report them to DoNotCall.gov.

called me ;  left a detailed msg first time ;  think it really was dell as I am having an issue with their junk computer that is using equally Junk Win 10!    called me again; did NOT leave msg -  and many calls are SPOOFED so .... ;  also got a call from a known scammer number that is supposed to be MICROSOFT; they didn't leave a msg.   Anyone who doesn't leave a msg, will be blocked.   Anyone who is a scammer who leaves a msg will also be blocked!

Called office line today, dead air when I answered. Blocked!

This is definitely Dell customer relations. Call type: Service and sales.

Caller claims they are with Dell but they have no reason to call me.  I think it is a scammer masquerading as Dell. Blocked them.
