I keep getting calls from rewardredemption and they I say a few things and they keep calling me and saying they will take me off there list and they have al most a million complaint's and our sorry attorney general won't do  anything about it

Left long message on my answer machine--I think about an expiring Dell warranty that I could extend. Said it is the FINAL call! I fervently hope so!

That there is funny stuff

Been getting calls from this number lately as well and I was really suspicious and also they told me they are HP customer service.  Funny thing is that if I tell them I don't own an HP laptop, they would just hang up or if I ask them what program or what model is my laptop, they always response with "that program on your laptop" or "the HP computer you have and I know it's HP."   Also the f-ing callers usually have bad attitude.  Definitely a scam and whoever is saying they are Dell tech support you guys are a lying sack of sh*t who works for these scammers.

I received several emails from what I was told was Dell, I was requested to call the number listed and allow a charge on my CC for  a computer I purchased and paid for last year. They said the card was never charged.(IT WAS). So I told them to send a bill through the US postal service. I was sent an invoice, the exact invoice from my computer I purchased 11 months ago. It stated paid in full, $.00 amount due. Then it started again emails, asking if I heard anything, finally I broke down and told them Dell does not request money through emails. Next, The phone calls started, from Dell Financials stating I need to call and approve a charge on my credit card. I am tired of the harassment and threatened to contact the law enforcement, any suggestions?

This number called 15 times starting at 5am and Im not even dell customer or have shopped any dell products.

I was called and informed I was a victim of identity theft that someone tried to open an account in my name at Dell but suddenly the couldn't find the details of the incident. Kept asking for more personal info. I told the woman that they called me so they should have record of the incident. She then asked for my social to further investigate. I refused and asked for her name or ID she refused and said I'm an analyst with dell..

I do not wish to get calls from this number

This is not DELL calling. Their number is similar, but is in the 877 area code. It is just another scammer calling to get your money.
Why is SCAM not a selection for "Call Type?" These abusive calls do not fit into any of these categories and that is what most of them are that get reported here.

Stop calling me I am on the NO Call List ok

First call came in at 7:20 p.m. March 18th. Second one, today at 4:03 p.m. No message left either time on voicemail of my cell phone, to which the home landline calls are being forwarded. First one sounded like a genuine Dell computer service call, with call back info, including extensions, and a promise that there would be followup service tomorrow, on Tuesday. There are no Dell machines in my household.

Correction to my post above: The one-minute message about making return calls, with a different phone number and an extension number, was left and showed in my phone as a "missed call." No message today with the second call.

(800) 456-3355  is dell,  Get yourself a ooma phone, It will cost you less then 5 bucks a month with unlimited calls. it will block all robo calls and you can block as many numbers as you want!

Got this call from 'Dell Support' - I do not have Dell computer, did not ask for help, it is definitely a FRAUD. They new my name, so it is scary.

Claims to be from dell???? Ask for our IT dept but according to this site this is spam. I told him he was unavailable. He said he would call back.

April 2017, Dell/Alienware doing a followup call on a PC I had sent in for repair.

I, too, got a call from this number but five minutes after I had completed an order with Dell Computers. I used PayPal to pay for the purchase.  I did not answer the call.
