They called me about 20 minutes I got an online quote. It was about $10 more a month than State Farm quoted and $40 a month cheaper than what I pay Progressive but I refused to put in my SSN so they can do a credit check and add that to inquires on my already poor credit. Im sure the rate would be higher if they actually checked my credit. Im gonna block the number if Im gonna get harassed like everyone seems to report

Got online auto/homeowner quote from Liberty Mutual.  Information indicates quote good for 30 days so I did not purchase immediately.  Within a half hour of leaving their site, I began receiving calls from them -- plus it was Saturday!

Yes, they are well known to abuse the "information" clause in the Telemarketing Sales Rule and the TCPA.  Plus they are absolutely the most expensive insurance company in America.

Got a call from this number 3 times today after getting an online quote. There’s a reason why I got the quote online and didn’t call them for a quote. You can’t request anything online without the company wanting to call you. I hate talking on the phone. I wouldn’t care if they kept bugging me via email because at least messages from somebody other than my contacts go to spam. Or at least don’t bug me by calling multiple times a day. That’s just ridiculous!

Requested on-line quote for two cars and home. Wouldn't give quote on home and only one car. Car quote was higher than I currently pay for two. Have received several calls yesterday and today.

Requested a quote online,  received a message stating that they couldn't help me. Now I have been with Progressive for 10 years and I don't have horrible rates but you can't help me. So the next morning I immediately start to receive several calls from them for what reason IDK... since you told me you couldn't help me... BLOCK ridiculous

Constantly calls without leaving message (red flag). Came here to find out that it was from Liberty Mutual, from who I had gotten a "special" organizational rate quote. Lol, quote was waaaaay more than I currently pay. Now they're harassing....

Liberty Mutual after requesting an online quote. They quoted me $899/month on 1 car...  yes, $899/month - not 6 months, not 1 year. Hilarious!! Now please stop calling me!

Same story, submitted one quote request online and got 3 call within 3 hours of submitting. I finally called back and asked to be put on the Do Not Call list. The representative didn't ask any questions and put me on the list.

I looked online for insurance quotes and quickly received a call from Liberty Mutual. The quote was twice what I was quoted from another top insurance company. Even though they saw they were way too costly, they are now calling me several times per day and not leaving a message. I don't want to deal with them. I placed a block on my phone.

That was EXACTLY my experience

Just checked for quote and found it higher than I pay now so didn't sign up, one call so far that my service picked up from Liberty Mutual.  Will not be switching.
