GSA Applicaitons continues to make claims that 800Notes consists of "disgruntaled employees", well these investigations by the News and much more put those to rest.

All everyone has been stating in 800Notes - this company scams companies for money - just a matter of time until they go into a "selling craze" to generate as many sales as possible - retaining credit card payments, then falling off the face of the earth "overnight" with YOUR money......

GSA Applications,Federal verifications, National Consulting, GSA Target and GSA Preview to name a few companies are operating under a scam  model. Check the address of anyone that calls you for this service and asked them for their exact location and go meet them. Protect your credit card and funds. SCAM ALERT

This company is using Creative Concept Group to hide files of current and former clients that paid for a GSA application and processing services. This is owned by their internal employee that manages payroll for GSA and Federal verifications-Her name is Stella Collins- Here entire family works there.

This department is managed by his daughter Pamela Sprecher to cover up the scam. Be aware buyers since she is the figure head of this company that her father manages and runs.

Richard Gilmore and Tim Tupper are part of this process to offer marketing services that do not exisit. Sarah Tupper is the key leader to drive sales.

Looks like Ted Davis never really left and has set up yet another new company. When will these guys stop switching names?

Ted Davis and his flunky nephew Bill Davis are behind Enlibra.   They even hired Suzi Miles a known thief.   The Davis boys are notorious for stealing ideas as neither is creative enough to come up with their own ideas.
Neither Ted or Bill can even spell GSA.    Yet they will tell the world that they have a GSA history.

Just got a call from Paul Hildebrand from EnLibra - using the 888-324-4792 number.  Found EnLibra's site and was almost suckered into giving the info to my CEO.  Thanks to you good people, I am better informed and the message went straight into the trash.  One more company/number to add to my ever growing list of scammers.

Get the truth before you’re ripped off for thousands!  PAMCO is GSA Applications.  PAMCO is K&J’s Managed Solutions.  PAMCO is Countryside Publishing.  PAMCO is Federal Verifications Inc.  All of these “companies” exist on paper…but they are all the same organization under the operational control of James (Jim) Sprecher.  In recent years, Mr. Sprecher has completely separated himself from these companies on paper as a result of countless complaints, questionable tax practices, and an active Attorney General investigation.

PAMCO (aka GSA Applications)

GSA Applications, along with its operator, Jim Sprecher, and it’s numerous subsidiary names have received a multitude of consumer complaints over the past 3-4 years.  PAMCO is the new marketing effort brainchild of GSA Applications and its management group.

GSA Applications (aka PAMCO) is subject to several Better Business Bureau complaints and STILL the subject of an active Attorney General (AG) Investigation.

As a consumer, you must ask yourself why you would consider giving thousands of dollars to another company that conducts itself in such a manner.  

But how can you prove this?

If you call the PAMCO phone number, you would believe that you’re calling Richmond, VA.  All calls are re-routed to the 727/813 area code – Tampa, FL.  The representative currently answering the phone is “Abby”.  If you express interest in their services, there is never anyone immediately available to speak to  you beyond the receptionist. You will be put into Angela Hale’s voice mail.  Angela will never be immediately available because she is NOT in the Richmond office.  Your call will be returned and Angela will tell you every story in the book about why they chose to (deceptively) list the Richmond, VA location as a “virtual” location.  Why not list the true address?  PAMCO has 15-20 representatives associated with their efforts to make BIG sales. Why aren’t any of these employees housed in the claimed Richmond, VA location?

Are you a current customer or a prospect? Is a trip to Richmond (or to Tampa, for that matter) not in the cards. Here is a simple solution.  Send a priority overnight package to the Richmond, VA office location and track it via Fed-Ex.  Require a signature.  There will not be anyone present to sign for the package. If the package is left, ask Angela (or your designated representative) if he/she received your package. Any answer except NO is a lie because they are all in the GSA Applications office in Tampa – and not in Richmond.

If you are a current or prospective PAMCO customer, you owe it to your business to pay a visit to the “alleged” Richmond office.  The only place you will ever truly be able to meet with a PAMCO representative in-person is at the GSA Applications office – 3925 Tampa Rd.

PAMCO is GSA Applications. GSA Applications has a horrendous reputation of never refunding money at the request of its customers.  All refund requests are shuffled around and remain unaddressed for months until a client threatens legal action.  Refund requests eventually end up on the company’s legal counsel’s desk – Gary Sizemore.  His credentials are questionable at best, and it is not determined whether he holds any actual, current licenses to practice law in Florida. Mr. Sizemore will eventually contact the angry client and will attempt to contest the validity of the original contract. Clients never receive a dime in refunds (see also Better Business Bureau compaints & Channel 10 Action News story) unless they lawyer up and pursue a legal claim.  

All customers seeking a refund should immediately seek legal counsel and contact the Tampa office of the attorney general

Know ALL of the information before you decide to do business with PAMCO.  Use all of the data and make a sound business decision based upon available information. PAMCO is GSA Applications. Google GSA Applications complaints and GSA Applications ripoff before your PAMCO one cent of your business's money. PAMCO is the same company. If this information was inaccurate, why would the Richmond, VA address be false and why would its employees all be housed or otherwise associated ONLY with the GSA Applications location?  Use all information to make informed decisions.

I have worked for Jim for 7 years now. Your sad post are so wrong on so many levels. If you are going to make such accusations you could at least have your information correct. Not sure who is feeding you the crap you are posting but you are way off the mark. I challenge anybody to come and tour our facility.
