- Cruz23I received a call from this number it was an CS person from India asking me if I wanted back the money they have taken from my account in the last 5 years. I believe if I would of thought I was owed back money they would of gotten my bank info and really taken money out. When I told them I didn't believe there was money out of my account they hung up quickly. These people have to be stopped.
- sheesh| 2 repliesReceived a call from this number last night. I live in B.C. A woman was on the line wanting to book a pedicure and manicure for the next day. She was told she had the wrong number and she hung up immediately.
- Caller: personal
- MaryCaller stated that they were sending medical cards to all senior citizens on a fixed income. They wanted to confirm my mother-in-law's address and birthdate. I did not let them go further than my address before telling them to put something in the mail.
- Caller: medsurion?
- mollywhen I said "Hello" a voice with an accent mumbled for someone, couldn't understand who, but it was not my name!
- ShirleyBeen getting calls almost daily from this number. I laughed the first time, but as it keeps on persisting, I got curious. I have a hardline, no voicemail, and the phone that rings into the house is a fax machine, and thankfully, no longer hooked up to our Directv. Not a huge deal, just kinda annoying, especially since they keep on calling. Definitely not going to be answering any calls from that number. Sounds like one huge scam.
- Staypuff85| 2 repliesJust got a call about 5 min's ago. Suspicously an Allen working for the Fraud Agency based in NY .... he had a really really strong accent ( not going after any stereo types, just was a sign.) For one, he claimed that Ive had money taken from my bank account in the last 5 years ... I havent had that account for more than one year, and no, nothing taken by anyone. Then I asked for anyone I could understand ( I have limited hearing, but also to test a theory).
The big hitter was when Al asked for my bank account number so he could find out how much was stolen.
So then I get Sal, the manager, etc, so I started asking about who what why when, and I hear about Star Communications, a company (fraud!) that I had a similar encounter about two years ago, a situation were I almost gave away my bank account number, but then hung up when I started to freak out so they never recieved everything.
After fishing around with "Sal" he hung up, I told him that I never had this situation, and he started getting confused and angry as if I must be lying ... So after this situation Im pretty sure these are the same jerks that screwed around with me 2 yrs ago.
This entire call was stupid and after questioning the guy over and over he would just repeat that I had a fraud situation, same line after line.
I worked at this student center a couple years ago (I REGRET) Telemarketing whatever I had written on a script for me that would zip accross on my computer, this guy acted just like I would have (except it seemed he didnt have much to work with.- Caller: Fraud Buroue

- kira| 2 repliesThis number had called my house 3 times since yesterday. The first time i answered and they said they were giving a free citizen test and started asking ?'s. I figured it was just another automatic machine call so i hung up as usual. Then they called again a couple hours after that and said i was eligable to win a free dish hookup from dish and asked for my address and other personal information, of course i hung up again. Then they called today and asked if (i forget the name he had said) lived here and i said no i think you have the wrong number. It sounded as if a lot of poeple were in the background, and he sounded foriegn. i dont know who it is but i will find out.
- HekkieThey called us today and we couldn't understand them, bur they want to give our money back. (?)
They asked for my husband, they had the right name, I asked them twice their name, an it was something like 'Shem' ...... They talked about our bank, didn't mention the name, and at the end they were surprised we didn't want 'our' money back. (which money???)
So we hang up.
Every now and then we recieve an email from people somewhere in Senegal, that we can get millions of dollars, if we first send thousands of dollars to them!
Yeah, we are not that stupid!
But I think they just want to get a lot of information out of you.- Caller: unknown name

- oscarfish replies to BeccaI just got the call 10 mins ago and guy w/a accent said he wanted to help w/my outstanding debt. He tried to get me to say what amount I had. I asked him to tell me since he knew. He started getting cross. Then I said what are you selling, he started yelling "shut up your wasting my time" I started yelling back you call me so you shut up. He keep screaming this at me and I was yelling at him. He finally hung up. This has to be a horiable scam, I hope they can put a stop to this.
- AnnoyedReceived multiple calls from caller with Indian accent regarding money allegedly taken out of our bank account to the sum of $1000. Persistent cuss as well. Requested a letter introducing themselves. When asked what was in it for them, their reply was that they provide a service in protecting our account. Yeah, right! Our bank provides that service. Beware! They are looking for an in into bank accounts by waving "long lost money" as bait. Easy as 123, eh?

- Yet AnotherGot a call 10 minutes ago from a guy with an indian accent stating if I wanted money returned to my bank account that was taken from me fraudulently 5 years ago. The unnerving thing is that he knew my husbands military rank, name and number. Not cool at all!
- scotty420A man with a foreign accent (sounded Middle Eastern) requesting a donation to buy fruit baskets for the needy. Strange thing is he said his name was Jack Fisher. LMAO! I told him I never heard of someone with his accent named Jack Fisher. I told him that I think he is a scammer and he started giggling. I asked if he was supporting terrorist cells with his "donations." I finally hung up on him. The next day I received a call from this number again and someone was yelling in Arabic I believe. I now get a call from this number every couple days with noone on the other end. Very strange!
- scottI have received 3 calls in the last three hours. On the first call, the Indian gentlemen knew my name, He asked for me by name, and when I said "this is him, how can I help you" he hung up. - ALF................!!!!!!!!!!!!| 2 repliesI actually think its aliens getting ready to beam people up to their Starship waiting just outside the earths atmosphere, who will then clone you and send you back to earth. I heard when they call they can transmit a signal into your brain to make you do things that they want. I heard that if you pick the phone up,You should Bark like a dog, and it will interfere with the signal.
I think Im going to cancel my phone with AT&T today. I could wake up in the middle of the night when they call and answer by accident.
