Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Received the same call today. IRS blah blah. Could barely speak English.

Fake IRS call from a "Offer Daniel Cruz of the IRS", a.k.a. Scambo con man wanting me to avoid arrest, prosecution, under investigation ...pay now.. Blah .. Blah horse manure.  Funny man.

Scammers!  I highly doubt an arrest warrant is out for me. Otherwise they would have found me by now and they wouldn't have a robot recording  tell me so!  Idiots!

Just got this call.  I called back, had to verify my phone number 4 times.  If this is really the IRS, their phone system sucks.  Lots of static on the line.  The woman wanted to verify my name and I said "Why?  You phone called me and didn't say the name of the person they were looking for."  Naturally, the person sounded like she was on the other side of the planet.
