irs calling to inform of IRS debit

My message was the same as the top message. The IRS calling to give final warning about an impending lawsuit.  Total scam I called and the guy was totally inappropriate.

I received exactly the same call as described above.

It's a scam to get you to phone. You can go online and find out there is no procedure for the IRS calling people to warn them they'll be sued. The IRS, after sending many written notices, simply freezes assets and people find they can't get money from an ATM machine. The scammer's job is done when you call because there's a ton of information they can get just from the transmission of the call. Simply do not call and report it to the FTC on its website.

My message was the same as above.  I did not call back and have no plan on doing so.  Total prank.  The number has been blocked.

Received the call from "IRS" , my call id showed as cell phone,DC which was a RED flag that it was scam.  It was recently on local news about these kinds of scams.  The truth is the IRS would send written documentation and not call you!

Got call from this number with a "final warning from IRS"

Just this second... I received the same call as you.  I am going to take it as a scam.
