- DidNot AnswerCallGot a call yesterday and today. No message left. Reverse lookup indicated it belongs to someone a senior citizen in STAMFORD (CT). One of the websites indicated "Heavy spam activity suspected." Odd that people are getting hang-ups/no message suddenly from this number.
- Nic-Out| 5 repliesI usually don't answer calls with strange Caller ID names or numbers; but, I made a mistake and answered this one.
Although the Caller ID name read "RACIBORSKA ANNA", when I answered a live for real human said something resembling "This is the Vehicle Warranty Department and we recently sent you a post card concerning your final notice that your vehicle warranty was expiring".
It's yet another vehicle warranty scam, not worth bothering with.- Call type: Telemarketer
- Vickie replies to Nic-OutThanks, don't usually answer calls I do not recognize --- however, always curious !
- Laura replies to Nic-OutI've been getting calls from this number every day for a couple weeks. I finally answered one time and it was about a vehicle warranty on a car I haven't had for 3 years! I asked the lady to take my number off the list, but it's still happening. I just ignore it.
- JoeAnswered and no one said anything. Sounds like a useless telemarketer or scammer
- Caller: Don't know

- AM| 2 repliesThis is a scam. The company has been calling me periodically for over 3 years, and they use a proxy number each time (different number), making it difficult to trace the origin of the call. Since they seem to be using a robodialer, you will never come off their call list even if promised otherwise.
The product they offer is also a scam. They always claim to be offering extended warranty for your vehicle, but never have correct information about the vehicle or any existing warranty. If you start to ask questions, they simply say that "it doesn't appear that you qualify for our offer", and hang-up. Reading from experiences with others, these folks take your money and run.
Too bad the authorities can't hone in on these folks, have been a pain in my ear for years, and have likely scammed a lot of gullible people out of their money!- Caller: Vehicle Warranty
- Call type: Telemarketer
- RosieIt appears I just got a call from them as well. I didn't answer but was very interested since I pay for caller ID on my cell phone now.
- Caller: Anna Raciborska

- Lady L in VA replies to Nic-OutI received a call with the same caller ID, but did not answer on 1/26/2016. Thanks for answering this particular call and for posting your helpful information. My husband receives those Vehicle Warranty postcards quite often, even though said vehicle is no longer his.
- Judy burdgeHave been receiving calls from 1-203-358-4778....no one answers. Anna Raciborska. I want this to stop
- Caller: Anna Raciborska
- FuriousI just to locate this idiot and cut his/her head off. These telemarketers are annoying. They should look for a a decent job instead of scamming and disturbing people
- Caller: Raciborska
- J.R. DeRito| 2 repliesThey call everyday. How do I make this stop?
- JustinCase replies to J.R. DeRitoAre you answering in any way at all? The cheapest way is to completely ignore the calls and let the phone ring. A call blocker may be of use for a landline or a blocking app for a cell. Be patient and give it time.
- Tamianth replies to J.R. DeRitoConsider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
