I noticed a charge of $11.98 from Crystal Clear Designs on my Credit Card on March 9, 2008.  Called 206-319-8144 several times and always got the same
message of busy operators and a extremely difficult e-mail address to which I could send a message.  After seeing this website, I was about to call my Credit Card Company when I got a call from there fraud department.  They seemed to think that the data base of a vendor, of an online purchase I had made, had been compromised.

Roland,  Which vendor did they mention?  I can't seem to make a connection on my statements.

I found the link to Digital River on my statement. - Buy.com.  I can't believe I got scammed via a large company as Buy.com.  I overlooked it.

February 10, 2008 was charged $12.79 to my credit card, with this phone number 206-319-8144 and "CRYSTAL CLEAR DESIGNS".  This was not anything I purchased, so we are presuming fraudulently charged. The phone number (when we called it back) said:  "All Operators Are Busy" and the email address given on that voicemail message was:  support@ccdtemplates.com  I emailed them to ask what the charge was and have not heard back.

My debit card was charged on 3/10/2008 ($11.89) by Interactive Designs. Same phone: 206-319-8144. Called BOA right away, cancelled my card and got money back. The only online transaction I've made before using my debit card was online bill payment with T-Mobile.

I just the same thing 11.95. I don't use the card, so I was realy suprised when Capital one called me about the charges. Scam all the way! Their website is also suspect. How are they getting the card info. Scary!!

Any body using web.com or vista print? Maybe someone maybe using or card #s.

Me too-I had signed up for fraud protection on my Visa, and I'm glad I did!
Interactive designs, same as the others, but also "eurovox" and some "Taylor" company. The Visa fraud people I called said that the "little amounts" are to test the card, to see if they can be cleaned out.
Call the number on the back of your card to get these charges checked out.
And i suggest you buy the fraud protection Visa offers. It's good insurance.

Hi, saw your post regarding THE PERFUME SPOT. I too, order something from them on 2-27-2008 and paid using the same card that was later hit for $11.89, to Interactive Designs, on 3-6-2008. Curious??? Where do we go from here??

We had $11.89 deducted from our account too and will be contacting our bank to dispute this charge. We called the phone number and got the same message. I emailed support@ccdtemplates.com which was on the message, but I'm sure we won't hear back. Thanks for Mr. Chandler's info.

I was also charged 11.89 from this and got the same message machine.....I would like any other info anyone has on it...I am trying to dispute it ...I also got one from an Xyron???

I have a charge from Interactive Designs 11.89 dated 1/25/08.  I actually heard about the scam when I contacted a company in WA with that name.

no phone calls. just $11.89 charge on CHECK card from
CRYSTAL CLEAR DESIGN!!!!
reported to bank fraud dept and destroyed/changed card
numbers with new card.
also had recent purchases from VISTA PRINT (public company).

no call either; just a charge on visa card.  in reading thru list of postings, we too had ordered from the perfume spot and amazon. both, coincidentally, on the same day.  guess they thought 11.89 would fly under the radar.
