Caller says I am being sued by IRS

Said being sued by IRS, not likely

3rd call in two days,all from different numbers, same recording,same voice, telling me IRS has filed suit against me. What a scam.

I was out of town and the automated female voice left a message 12/11 at 1:50 Am & 6:05 am (from 210-787-3644) and 12/12 at 1:47 Am (3rd call was this #) claiming to be IRS and filing suit on me.  NO way!  On 12/16 I tried to call the 1st # back, but it was no longer in service; busy signal on 2nd #.
(They need to add "Scam" to the Call Type on this site.)

The term scam has been discussed and decided against since it would be abused and could lead to law suits. It will never be a option to my knowledge.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.
