Called on May 7, 2014 @ 9:18 a.m. and told my granddaughter that they would be sending out a sheriff deputy to my house. She said the call was in reference to a check fraud claim.

A Janice Hunter called my parents house looking for me. Telling my mom that I'm being investigated for check fraud even gave her a case #. Told her that they would be turning the case and information over to the local sheriff's office and I would have a warrant for my arrest the following day.

called my work number which I don't give out EVER.   she cussed me out stating I have a bad check and I need to fix the problem.  Told her never took out pay day loan and to not call my work number.  What is funny I don't even have a checking account... Now she has called back wanting HR so they can garnish my check.  I know the law in TX can't do it with out orders and they have to show that I have this debt which I don't.  wouldn't give her name or the business name.  

Janice Hunter called me saying that I was referred by my father in law. She would not tell me the nature of the referral when I asked. I told her it was impossible that he referred me and what was he referring me for.  She gave a phony case # and she proceeded to become very rude and called me stupid and hung up on me. I called her back and she was even ruder. I was very calm and was just asking what the reason of her call. She would not answer my questions and hung up. This is ridiculous.

Just received a call from a Janice Hunter. She stated that I was attached to a case that involved my father who wrote a bad check.  It is ironic because my dad has never had a checking account.  She is stupid.

becareful of this number 208-369-4716 a woman by the name janice is attempting to collect some money from you.
So if you get this call just hang up, and report this to your local police department and the BBB as well.

I just got a call from Ms. Hunter as well.  What she doesn't know is that I am a police officer.  I'm going to call her back and play her like a well tuned violin!!  I'm going to act like I'm guilty and giver her a fake CC number   LOLOLOL

I too, just received a phone call. Returned a missed call from this number, and spoke with a very rude woman. She kept repeating a name of Ms.Blake. So, they are using different names. She told me that I was a idiot and hung up, lol.

I received a voice mail today from this caller saying the call was for my daughter regarding an extremely urgent matter. She gave a case number so fast that I had to listen about ten times to get the whole number. She also stated there would be a warrant put out for my daughters arrest and to contact her at 208-369-4716 in a timely matter to resolve it. She should really do her homework on the people she is attempting to victimize since my daughter passed away in March of this year. She had spent the past three years in my care after an automobile accident and I know there is no way she was capable of doing anything to have a warrant issued for her arrest. How awful of these people !!!

Just got a call from 208-369-4716, a lady by the name of Ms. Hunter regarding check fraud, if you know me you know I don't write bad checks, as a matter of fact, I don't write any checks at all except to family members on special occasions, I always use my bank card so I called back and they transfered me to some suppose to be detective telling me I owe $5,000 and they would take $2,500 to close the deal so I asked him what company did I write a check to that bounced?  he told me it was from a payday loan so I pretend like I knew what he was talking about and I said, I filed bankruptcy on that, would you like my lawyers number? I guess he think I'm stupid because he said you can't file bankruptcy on this and giving me the lawyer number is not needed so I said you  mean to tell me if I filed bankruptcy and the judge signs off on it, it doesn't count?  He proceeded to hang up on me.....LOL!

I was contacted today by a man.  Gave the first name Mark.  He said he was getting ready to file a Felony Warrant against me for ACH fraud.  He had my complete SS#, however the bank information was not legit.  He said they have been sending me letters to my address of record with the Post Office and I have not responded.  I told him he has the wrong address.  He is trying to say I had a loan with a company called Easy Pay Day back in July of 2009.  The name that comes up on my caller ID is Zenith and it is the 2083694716 phone number.  They sure have a lot of businesses at this phone.  When I told the man to go ahead and file, because his info is incorrect he hung up....I called the number back and when a lady (no name) answered, I asked for the business address....she placed me on hold and then disconnected....I called back and advised she had disconnected me she said no and placed me on hold again....I continue to call just to get an address but now I am getting an answering machine stating she is away from her desk................we need to get some help with these companies and I am tired of "file a complaint".  When will something be done to prosecute these companies?
