Telephone Denial of Service Attacks

Denial of telephone access to services like 911, hospitals, police and fire stations. Becoming much more frequent, originating from extortionists initially claiming to represent a payday loan collections company.

Seems to me the phone company's need to do something to stop this...  Absolutely it could cost someone their life and MO, but is getting to be downright terrorist attack of another kind.

I need to send this link to our CIP officer for my company. My biggest fear is that they will try that with our phone center in the middle of trading  power and mess with our business.
