This si a lie because you and it are a fraud. The 'website' is coded not to show up on search engines. It is only a shell to try and make it look legit while scamming money.

We,ve just had a phone call from someone from this company.  Thing is they said the pc was going slow (which it is) and that they had been sent a message from the pc so they were rinbging to sort it out.  It was only when i asked the number to confirm and they started getting funny with me that i started to become very suspicious.  I rung the number they gave me (the bradford number) and it said i could not call india and so i knew it was dodgy and googled the telephone number and found this site.
How many people have fallen for this????  They are very convincing and if my mum ahd answered the phone she would have believed them!
God it makes me soooooo cross!!

Received my first call last week asking if I was having computer problems. I said no and hung up. Got the same call on 3-16-09 and the man was very insistent that I had to get on my computer and fix a potentially dangerous problem. I am not computer literate and he seemed like he did have access to my computer because he knew that I used Verizon. He was so hard to understand that he actually had to bring someone else on the line for me to understand. He had me go onto supportonclick.com but when I saw that I had to pay I told him he would have to talk to my daughter. He gave me two telephone numbers. When my daughter tried those two numbers, neither worked. We were able to call back using the numbers on the website. How many people are these people going to be able to scam before they are stopped? Senior citizens beware!!!

I had a call from Microsoft windows service centre but in fact they were “Support on click”.

01274 900 834 Support On Click - DO NOT THINK THEY ARE SAFE – DO NOT LET THEM LOG ON TO YOUR PC!!!

They called and said that they were calling from Microsoft windows service centre and that they could see that I had security problems on the PC - they took me to various areas of my PC to show me the location of the "malicious files" that they could “see”. All in all I spoke to 4 people all to make me believe that I had problems and that they would need to log on to my PC – they took me to a “log me in” page, provided a registration number that would hand over access to one of their technicians – thankfully I did not go through with it. I asked who was paying for their services and they this is where Raymond stumbled !! I took a telephone number to call back whilst I investigated – found this forum and I’m SO GLAD!!! Especially seeing the others on this link who have been charged £250!!!  Only risk is that whilst they already had my name and number I did give them my e-mail address. I suspect I will get more calls from them but at least now I am prepared to deal with their call.
Hopefully more people will find this thread before they provide details. There should be something more we can do... I can’t even find a number to speak to someone at Microsoft windows.

Had the same call at 15.19 today (24th March 2009)from an Indian guy saying much the same as other contibutors have stated.
Obviously a scam of some kind. Wanted me to provide remote access to my computer. I refused and he said goodbye.

I had a call from Nick, an Indian sounding man, this morning, informing me that he was calling from Microsoft service and that my computor had been corrupted but not to worry he was going to help me !! He asked me to look at certain files which did show errors and warnings and frightened me into thinking I had a major problem. He then wanted access to my computor to fix the problem and asked me to type in a "log me in " code ...... I was very apprehensive so asked for his number to call him back . I checked this out with my support company who informed me that it was in fact a scam of sorts ... Nick even phoned me back and argued the fact that I had mis understood the call.... I don't think so !!

I received a call as well on my land line. First he said his name was Ivan then he called back and said it was Rick. Same Indian guy! Claimed that my ISP address sent them a signal, but couldn't say from whom and how he got my number. I refused to give him information and he could not answer my questions regarding where he got my humber except to say from "them." I will be reporting this!

I asked who he was and could only get Support on Click and Research and Development. I was also given the numbers 347-289-3770 & 646-884-9561

I unfortunately fell for this as i had trouble with my computer, so when i recieved a call saying they were from microsoft i believed it and ended up giving them £275 he said his name was Shane in an indian accent what i couldn't understand . When i realised it was a scam i asked for my money back but to no avail and told my bank to stop the payment but they said they couldn't and as its a debit card and not a credit card i feel such an idiot for giving my bank details. The police also didn't seem interested though they said they have heard about it.Why are they allowed to getaway with its like being mugged.@ i'm the biggest mug

Sorry I am not aware of the number of the person who rang me, so say from supportclick.com in Sydney but she gave her name as Jasmin Smith and she also gave me all the same [***] and bull story as has been said to all other receivers of attention by this company on this site.
Strangely I am having problems with my computer and they did sound like an answer to my prayers, but now, after reading all these comments I am going to stick with my 'Little bit expensive but thoroughly trustworthy Technician'. Thank-you everyone for your much appreciated warnings.

I got a call from them as well. Asking if my computer was running slow. It really was, so I told them yes. They provided the tech support, and no the machine is considerably faster. Scam or not, I am satisfied.
