They call me 7 times a day. I have a loan from HSBC and they call even when I pay on time. HSBC also calls from 214-488-5145, 516-576-8785, 800-836-6469.

I get the same calls. only once a day, though still enough that I consider it harassing.. especially since I JUST GOT THE LOAN.

At least 5 calls a day starting right at 8:00am, answering machine just loves them....time to get rid of the landline anyways....damn towlheads anyways!!

They call me no less than 5 times a day.  The calls start sometimes before 8:00 am and end sometimes after 9:00pm.  They also call from 214-488-5159.  And every time I answer the phone there is no one there.

Yes, they keep calling my phone too. They are going to ruin the battery. We're late, but this phone is the home phone and even if I talk to them, they still call that many times a day.

These people are driving me crazy... I have had loan with HSBC for a year now and I was 10 days late two months ago and since then they have continue to call me from two different numbers: 214-488-6895 & 1-800-836-6469. I make all my payments online and do not owe them any money. When I try to answer the call they put me on hold! They are calling my cell phone so I can at least hit the ignore but they call 5 times a day.

I constantly get calls from HSBC.  At first it was 800-836-6469, but it is now 214-488-6895.  They have called four times before noon.  They keep telling me I am past due two payments, eventhough they received over $900.  They tell me the payment was applied to principle only.  When HSBC calls you, the person on the line cannot take care of issues like this.

I work at a hotel and get calls from 800-836-6469. When I answer the phone with this number, no one is there. At least 10 times a day. I called them and told them NOT to call us anymore. If they fail, according to law, it will be up to $500 fine each time they call thereafter. so, that would be $5,000 a day if they continue.

I have an auto loan with HSBC.  I've been late before, so in that case I can understand a call here or there.  But, even when I talk to them and schedule a payment arrangement, someone will call me again the next day and know nothing about the arrangement!  So, then I have to explain it to them which takes a good 5 minutes.

I have a loan with HSBC and I am currently behind, I know this.  I also know that I am making payments to get myself caught up. why do they think calling 10 times a day is going to make the money appear in their hands any quicker?  no lie, they start the calls at 8 am and call repeatedly until 8 pm.  sometimes twice in one hour!
also as someone above mentioned, it's useless to talk to them because if you make an arrangement with one person, the next one has no idea what you're talking about.  
had I known they were such a joke I would never have done business with them.

I have an auto loan with HSBC. I was 5 days late and started receiving the calls from 800-836-6469. Today a new number appeared 214-488-6895 I get calls allday I know its well over 10 calls and they dont stop.  Ive even called to let them know the day Im paying and they continue to call from 8am till just before 9.  Its really annoying i usually just hit ignore on my cell. Even when I answer and tell them I made an arrangment they know nothing of that and say until its paid I will receive the calls and I told them thats fine I will keep ignoring the calls.

HSBC HAD CAR LOAN WITH THEM AND SOLD CAR.....THEY STILL ARE CALLING AND IT SEEMS LIKE 24/7....I WORK 3 TO 3AM AND I CAN TELL YOU THEY HAVE CALLLED AFTER 10 ON MY CELL......CAN YOU BLOCK CALLS ON A CELL?
THEY JUST LET IT RING THEN NO ONE ANSWERS....DO THEY GET PAID BY THEIR PHONE LOG? THEY MUST BE STOPPED....

I also have a loan with HSBC.  They start calling me at 8:00 in the morning and it just seems to be continuous all day long on my home phone and on my cell phone.  It's ridiculous.

I have a loan with HSBC and have had some employment issues which I have worked through. I have dealt with one lady the whole time who has the greatest sense of customer service I have ever seen. However, apparantly HSBC has non networked systems or something because the calls from there won't stop. "We see no record of a payment scheduled" "We'll keep calling" Well go ahead. The best one yet is I have several arranged payments coming out of my account and the other day I receieved a "you are ignoring our requests therefore we will be foreclosing" letter. Seems to me HSBC/ Beneficial needs another class action suit for these practices.

My husband and I are both on the account so they call one cell phone and when no one answers (because after it's turned to harassment I have no care to speak with them) they IMMEDIATELY call the other number.  And ditto to all of the comments about arranging a payment with one person and the next knows nothing about it...I just quit answering their calls and make my payment online when I have the money.  I know I'm THREE DAYS late at this point, but really?

It's so tempting to answer with a, "If I had a nickel for every time you called me I'd have the car paid off by now!" and hang up.
