800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Report your callers here, not just to the DNC alone:

Want to stop repeated telescam phone calls?
    Try these alternatives:

    1.  Do not answer the phone if you see an unknown number on your Caller ID ... let it go to answering machine or voicemail.  Many telescammers hang up after three rings.

    2.  If you have a smartphone, get one of the inexpensive or free phone blocker apps at your online app store, and learn how to use it.

    3.  If your cell is not "smart", read the manual to learn how to set up a "group".  Assign the scammer's phone number to that group.  Also assign a "silent ring" to that group.  You will not hear future calls from that number.

3a.  Alternately, assign a "silent ringtone" as the DEFAULT ringtone.  Then, assign your favorite ringtones to friends, family, contacts, businesses, etc.  That way, you will not hear your phone ring, even if the scammer changes numbers!

    4.  For cell phones or landlines: Contact your phone service provider.  They may have a facility or method to allow you to block numbers.

    5.  If you buy things online, you might want to google "phone blocker" to see what devices or apps Amazon or other sites have to offer for landlines or smartphones.

    6.  DO NOT call unknown numbers back!  Instead, read this:

If you want to report potential fraudulent or scam calls, here are two pages of links to (mostly government) sites in Canada and the USA were you can report those scams, or learn more about them.

I started getting all these annoying calls when searching on the internet...
FACT IS....... if you are searching for employment most if not all of these sites are attached to places that are offering to send you back to school...
A friend of mine went threw this for months... some of them you can call back and get off their lists.... others you cant !?!?
when filling things out on line be careful there are hidden things in there that connect you to these folks and that is when it  starts............. the calls... they just keep on coming.....
You can almost time them to a tee start filling something out and in about 5-10 mins your phone rings with these annoying numbers....
So Listen to SLIM up there   ^   dont answer!!!! block the calls !!!!!!  etc........ and most of all watch what you are clicking on!!!! when filling stuff out these guys are hidden among it.... and if you really want to get them off your back tell them you filled for bankruptcy!!!!!!!!!!!!
they hang up real quick and wont call back since you have just told them your credit is crap and you cant get a loan to go to school.... Works!!!! every time...... Good Luck!!!!!

Well we'll just jolly well write a letter to the Times, won't we? If that doesn't work we'll just have T-shirts printed up about it. A good call blocker is around $50. An ideal Christmas gift for yourself.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
