I have a cyberstalker issue. He hacks into my computers AND gains access to my phone conversations. I have spoken with the FBI and filed reports with the FBI (IC3), FCC, State Police, contacted my state's Attorney General and Senators' offices, the National Center For Crime Prevention, ISP providers I have used and am, my telephone company, including reporting it to their fraud department, and there are several others I have gone to for help but get none. I get told over and over that there's not much they can do, my situation was downplayed by the FBI agent, the FCC Agent witnessed first hand in our conversation on my phone what happens and particularly when he asked me for the name and information pertaining to the 'person of interest/in question', the clickings and the cut outs and the agent even said, quote: "It sounds like someone is trying to cut off our conversation." But still, nothing gets done about my situation. I get told all the things that "I" should do, which I try to learn how to do to protect myself but so much I don't fully understand how because I'm not tech savvy but nothing is NEVER done to stop him. I am no match for his level of expertise to put in place counter and protective technical actions. He is a computer programmer with the equivalency of a masters in computer science. He's very knowledgeable about anything having to do with technology, computers, phones, etc. as he is also with "spoofing" both phone and computer ID's, voice synthesis, keylogging, etc. and definitely hacking. I've been subjected to this 'privacy invasion' now for 8 years and counting. There is nothing I can say or do through my tech devices he is not aware of and he's brazen as well to let me know he's done so. Not only is he violating my right of privacy as well as invading and affecting my life adversely, which my health is suffering because of, but he is also invading the privacy of all those who communicate with me. He lives in Sweden as far as I can know and has a brother and sister in law who live in Missouri. In fact she is one of the state's representatives. I have saved GB's of data that overwhelmingly points to him. Pinpointing a cyberstalker is not easy but when you collect GB's of data over time pointing to one person, the data then rules out any chance of 'coincidental occurrences'. I'm at a loss as to what else I can do or who else to contact to get this stopped.
I am experiencing the same thing, and know who my stalker is as well. I live in the DFW, TX area, and had the misfortune of working with the psychopath for a year and a half. The thing is that this individual is supported by a large network of persons cooperating with him, and who are well positioned in businesses (At&T, Sprint, and other key businesses which gives him access to rogue experts across a range of technologies, and enable him to screw with your life on every level). I am aware of four business, one a aerospace supply chain service organization full of hackers, AT&T, sprint, and a telecommunications business located in a business park, just north and east of the DFW airport. The I can identify no less than 3 accomplices, and suspect that several SAP integrators contracted by the aerospace service organization may be involved. Please respond with information on how I can compare notes with you, and maybe some of the puzzle pieces will fall into place. Your issue is EXACTLY the same as mine.
I should mention that, Sprint and AT&T are not complicit in this, it is a rogue element within these businesses. I also have some inside knowledge as to other potential targets based on some ambiguous bragging the guy did while I worked with him, which gave me enough detail about the situation, that an investigator could possibly build a case. My apologies to Sprint and AT&T, as I in no way wished to besmirch their businesses, or the brands they have built. Idiots like i am describing could work anywhere.

Twice I received a bill saying that my insurance company denied the bill for nursing home care for almost $500. Called nursing home -- we are all paid up. I almost paid the first bill. Today I received another...exact same thing. Oh, please people complain. Someone is getting rich off of poor elderly survivors.
God bless you. I recently accepted a friend request on FB that I didn't know and being fairly new to it, made the mistake of giving him my phone number. This guy used everything from Jesus to how much he loves me,his mother's death and the inheritance she left him, and even posted a photo of a bank CD from Nigeria for $3 million, trying to scam money out of me for the pre-pay to a lawyer there. His area code is also Missouri or Alabama, maybe Illinois. He claimed to live in Illinois. I have the number he texts from, but every phone call he's made to my number has a hidden number. He finally got it that there's no money going to him from me, and has stopped with the calls and texting. I'm going to block his number and unfriend this man. He even claims to be crying and trying to play on my sympathies at times. It was all pretty bizarre--a master manipulator, seemed to know every trick in the book to play on someones' sympathies and emotions, all to get money. Even told me his 28 year old daughter had to have a liver transplant, and he was the only one who could help her because his wife had died 9 years ago. Any of this sound familiar?
USA residents: if you had a bad experience with an overseas company, there is an US government site at which you can report the problem. Visit this link:
The fact remains that you can report it all you want, non of these agencies do anything about it. Its become a life balance issue having your cell phone and home phone constantly spammed. I cant answer every call so I have to shut down. Hopefully there has not been an emergency, but whats the use of a cell phone if you are constantly getting scam calls. I know the cell carriers make a fortune on data, but this is getting too much...
OMG I have the same issue as you with a guy from Dallas who I met in Canada while he worked here and he is stalking me for 3 years now even a few minutes ago. I need to compare notes with you. Is you stalker the same as mine? Hacking, breaking in, taking over telephone lines and devices, cameras and mics in my home with accomplices he hires when he not "there"? He has tried to kill me and I have over 100gb of evidence of him doing it. He is 60 years old but lies and says he is 48.
I have experienced the exact same thing for about a year and a half. The Texas location and New York appeared most often. I have had my phone and laptop affected. Things extracted, modified and hacked. I have changed phones, numbers and carriers 6 times within the last year. And purchased 3 throw away phones. But, I'm still experiencing the same problem. I have contacted the carriers and the FBI PLUS A FEW OTHERS. But, received no help or follow up.

Some low-life with connections to a charity keeps calling, asking for someone else's name and money..Can't block him ("It 's a charity" - Yeah sure!) or convince him, no one by that name here. Next call - the polcie department for harrassment.
