This is also Seiler and Assoc out of Minn......Debt Collection who uses all aspects of trying to contact a debtor....I know all about someones debt now and that is a violation....they are calling people that live on the same street  giving out info, wanting to leave messages, etc......all against the law....The new offers us a wealth of knowledge

They are asking for a Tess Di.....? something Italian sounding and refuse to believe that it isnt me.

OMG these people are unreal first they call my job asking for me by a name I have not had in 10 yrs that was my first clue this had to be some old debt so i asked them to send me something to confirm I owe this debt what i got was 2 letters and one of the letters has my old name and some unknown females name as well so I called to ask about who this lady was the guy on phone was rude said that when he spoke to me on my job I aknowledge this debt which i did not do and he was corrected I also informed him he coud not intimidate me for I was a collector for 14 yrs and I know the FDCPA laws and I know how collection agencies buy old accounts to try to scare people into paying but it will not work with me he got angry and hung up on me. People knowledge is power I was a collector but never for a sleezy collection agency I worked for a bank and we followed the laws and we didnt collect on old debt or use scare tatics.

For almost a year I've benn getting calls about Eva Farley & debt. Frst, from what I assume was a debt collection rroup, & now the last few months from Seiler & Assoc, at the number above. I have called numerous times, explained I wasn't Eva, hadn't any idea who Eva was, & requested that you stop calling my number (817.237.2657) - all to no avail. Got anoyther call tonite - called back, you guy didn't want to listen, & hung up on me.  This is your final warning. With your next call to my number comes the lawsuit. If you figure out who I am, you will also figure out, you don't want to mess with me. Law firm v law firm, we win.

Received a call from 215-526-2600, and they left a message to call them back at 877-543-6151 & left a 'file #'. Said they're from the Law Office of Saller/Sawler(?) & Associates. I'm filing bankruptcy soon, so will call them back tomorrow to find out who they are & what debt they're trying to collect on. It's all going to be wiped out anyway, and by law, they have to stop calling me when I give them my lawyer's #. They may be trying to collect a debt, but make sure they're calling for the right person. From the previous comments, it sounds like they really don't care who they call, but they're going to hassle whoever picks up the phone!

I find it interesting that the same #'s are associated w/ 2 different (supposed) law firms.

I was threatened with jail time, too. I asked for proof of debts I was accused of having.  This nicer woman transferred me to the crazy psycho who swore into the phone.  Our country does nothing about this.  I don't want to live here anymore.

We have been getting this call as well but on are caller id they say their name is Seiler & Associates know we all know they use different names and if a bill collector they mail the so called debt that is owed like California law say along with calling or you or doing Illegal Business and will be turned in as such!So I am going to call CAL. State Att. Office to report and file a complaint with local Police for making Annoying and Harassing phone calls!

Crooked attorney that can;t practice law anymore, disbarred, but he can operate a collection agency and collect thru threats and intimidation . They buy old claims, no longer valid. and try to bully folks into paying some settlement to avoid a "trial" in court.

Get whatever info you can against them, get the callers name,.any personal info he lets slip by, and post it here. We can use their tactics on them as they do to us.They already have my number...so why not?

Lower than politicians or the atheist that takes prayer and the allegence out of the class room because they fear their kids growing up with values and Jesus as their guide thru hard times...Low thievin, immoral lawyers that have no soul. Likely the same that took prayer away from the kids that wanted to pray...

Crooked lawyers...treat them as they actually are. Get their info, post it here, make them a nice lunch with a [***] sandwich and put it in a bag and mail it.

they called asked for someone who I've never heard of when i told them he just hung up before I could say anything else.  I called the number back and they tranferred me to someione who apologized.  law office though?  don't think so.

I continue to get calls looking to s/w Henrietta, I've asked them multiple times to stop calling me. They then hang up on me.

This company called my mother at work. She couldn't talk at the time and asked them to call her at home after 8:00 pm. When she got home there was a hand written note from these people taped to her door. When she finally got them to answer the phone, they told her that they had called one of her neighbors and had them to write her a note...Isn't this some kind of violation? I mean harrassing you at home and involving a person's neighbors?

The message says it is an attempt to collect a debt. How they got my number since it is unlisted i am not sure and why they think I owe someone money is also unknown to me since i owe no debts.  The company is listed as being in Pennsylvania.

I got several calls from them today alone, often less than ten minutes apart. The caller ID says 'Seiler & Associates;. Didn't think a REAL attorney  would call THAT many times in one day, especially without leaving a message so I googled it' and found this site.There are firms by that name, but I don't think an 'estate planning lawyer' or a CPA in a different state would be calling me. I didn't answer the phone and I won't!

I get calls from this number all the time. Did not answer at first because the number was unfamiliar to me. They were leaving a message for the person I do not know. I started answering to tell them they got wrong number but  there is no one to tell. They ask if it is the person who they ask for press 1, if not then press 2. They continue to call even though i pressed 2, as wrong person. My caller ID shows the name of SEILER & ASSOC. Got tired of this...

Seiler & Assoc 215 526 2600 has called my house twice.  A man named Austin Graham wants to talk to my husband about a "personal matter" and leaves me this info, 1 877 543 6151 extension 129 and an ID# for my husband to call him back.  He asked if we used to get mail at a certain address, I told him we did but long since then my husband filed bankruptcy so there are no issues.  He then asked if me & my husband were separated, I told him that was none of his business.  If he calls again, I am going to tell him that if it is so personal he cant tell the wife, then the wife doesnt have to tell the husband!  I am also going to put Verns (post above) knowledge to use!   I hope this info helps put a stop to these posers who have no respect for hard working people.  We cant all get everything for nothing so when we hit a bump in the road we have to struggle.  We arent paying any old debt...if it really even exsists...we will just pay out mortgage and hope for the best.
