Same as above, nobody on the line. Shows up generically as "Cleveland, OH". Trying to call the number only gives a busy signal, until I called back later. "Thanks for calling. The survey you were called for has ended. To be removed from our list, please press..." Usual scammer nonsense. This is a multiple scammer who called under several numbers, using "free cruise" or "survey" rubbish.

Numerous calls. I decided to pick up and they just disconnected me. I am freakin sick of their calls

That's odd. I haven't found the connection of DCI to this specific number, aside from your reference to them. The number on their web page that you give above is a 1-800 number, not a local number. DCI's website clearly states that they are a Florida company, but this is a number for an East Side of Cleveland phone.

Can anyone else out there who has been called by this number find any other connection to DCI or any other collection agency? I'm inclined to call B.S. on the DCI unless anyone out there can connect the two. I hope no one got conned into giving them information they weren't entitled to.

Indeed Cleveland area code....never answered, been calling for weeks.   Appears to be a number used for a variety of scams, telemarketers, and collectors

Setup a google voice ph #.  It will transcribe voice messages into text or email< Your choice.  Set it to not ring your phone & just read the voicemail when it comes in. No voice mail not bother.

I called them back and got a recording "Thanks for calling, the survey you were called for has ended. please press 9 to be removed from the list and prevent future calls...."  I say this is bs and of course I didn't press 9.  Call block the number instead.

Mine was a voice mail "This is Jennifer from the online rewards center."

I have no idea who they are but I'm sick of  them ringing three times and hanging up.

Auto call trying to sell me a cruise or add me to a study.

Received call, didn't recognize, so didn't answer.  Googled number, found this site.  Tried to call number back on a different (work) phone, got busy signal.

I'm sure this is a scam.  Says "Unknown Name" and has called before.  So this time I picked up and said nothing and then they hung up.  I doubt very much it is a legitimate business even a debt collector which I've never heard of giving you the silent treatment.  Definitely up to no good.

Another number now blocked.

Someone calls, doesn't leave a message, in return the call, and it's just a busy signal.
