called 3 times, no one ever answers.

This phone number makes constant calls to my cellular and I do not appreciate it. No messages left, no additional information. Just the inconvenience of being interrupted at work or doctor's appointments. Requesting this be stopped NOW.

For a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Whoever this is calling you does not own or monitor this website. Follow the advice given in Tamianth's post for assistance in stopping the calls.

Autodialer message about student loan forgiveness. They are fishing for vital information. I ignored the prompts repeatedly and it hung up on me. A live caller called back (from a different number) regarding student loan forgiveness. I told them not to call again. Press 9 to be removed.

I called back and a computer voice said they service was no longer available and if I wanted to be removed from the list, press "9".
Probably just stole all my info on my not so smart phone.

Green Star Survey company said I would get a "free" cruise for taking their survey.  My survey answer consisted of "Go to Hell!".  Phishing spammer.

Sick of these calls.  Just called again.  I never answer - they never leave a message.  Stop!!!!!

Identified herself as Ms Fields and said it was an important matter regarding the supply charges on my "Cleveland Illuminating Electric" bill. When you incorrectly say the name of the company you want me to think you work for I don't return your call.

I got the same message from the same person.  I get way too many calls from various people wanting to lower my energy bills, usually from 800 numbers.  This one was from a local area code.  If these people where really who they say they are, why would I need to call back with my electric bill in front of me?  Wouldn't they HAVE that info?
