Some bullsh*t telemarketer "coach" somebody called my cell phone.

BS telemarketer "coach" wanting me to Press 1 to CHANGE MY LIFE today. I am on the Do Not Call Registry and this is the second number that has called me with this garbage!

I am repeatedly receiving unwanted calls from a telemarketer in Pontiac, MI.  I am on the do not call registry.  The calls come from (248) 292-2029.

2nd call.  did not answer.

Annoying call in middle of work day

Didn't know 248 area code so didn't answer.
They didn't leave message .... always a good sign I shouldn't answer.

I never answer calls from numbers that i do not know...This one however LEFT A MESSAGE!!!
Something about a life coach and said "PRESS 1 NOW SO I CAN SHOW YOU HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE IN YOUR LIFE TODAY!!!"  "IF NOT PRESS 9 TO BE REMOVED FROM OUR LIST" Yea NOT!

Thank you for sharing this information.  I think the caller needs a life-change Coach him or herself, not us, ugh....

All I can say is amen to that. I just blocked the number.

I don't answer calls I don't recognize. If they want to talk to me, they leave a VM. I then look them up here. Got a call from 248-292-2029 and ignored it. Now on my reject list thanks to all here....

I received a couple of calls from this number.  I don't normally answer unknown callers and they didn't leave a message so I blocked the caller.  It really irritates me especially when I'm on a do not call list

Was a robocall from Coach Robert saying that I could make money

got this call and no message I didn't answer HOWEVER I have been trying to block it on my call blocker and can't seem to do it while I can block the other numbers....weird

The DNC isn't a call blocker and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said.    They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
