One and two ring calls from Caribbean Country's (Montserrat, Dominica,Jamaica, Grenada,  Antiqua and Barbados, Saint Lucia..) should not be called back! These calls are done so you will call them back and cram your phone bill with high Call costs:

Missed call left no message

Called my cell fone at 11:50pm last nite. Two rings. No message.

Did the same to me. Calls and it rings twice then hangs up. The caller ID says Antiqua Barbados. I blocked the call hopefully that will work.

1/27/2014 @ 8:45 am PST. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

Called twice today (Jan 27). No message.

Called, rang once then hung up.  

This bunch is now resorting to calling from different numbers (same area code).  I just keep blocking and watching my minutes disappear.  I, too, am on the Do Not Call Registry.  Too bad there isn't an ear-splitting feature that blasts noise whenever someone from a rejected phone number calls.

2nd phone call from them. Two rings, no message. If these jokers think I am going to call them back, they are sorely mistaken. I blocked the call as well. I DO NOT call anyone back whose # I do not know. SORRY!!

Received call 1/27 at 5:37am (PST) from Antigua/Barbuda. Did not answer; no message left.

called this morning 5:45 AM left no message wife said call it back glad I checked this site

Called me at 4:30AM with no message and I don't have Verison in regards to some of the posts that say so.

Called my cell at 1:01pm CST and did not leave a VM.  Identified by my cell provider as coming from Antigua/Barbuda.

Just called within the last five minutes, phone didn't even have chance to ring barely my end and they hung up.
