281-671-5378 calls this business continuously.  When told he (Jimmy Loop) cannot speak with the employee he asks for he either yells at you, keeps demanding to speak to the person, or hangs up on you and multi-dials my number.  This ties up my phone lines.  This is an elementary school, no one has a right to tie up my lines, our students safety is priority one, and if I cannot call out for emergency services, it presents a major safety hazard for our students.  This must be stopped at once.

Curious how two of the three existing comments describe phone assaults on school system resources. Anyone at a workplace can tell a debt collector to knock off and never call again. The offending agency must obey. That's a vital provision in federal law, since lawbreaking debt collectors target people at the PoE to create a maximum of false shame, gossip, and anxiety. Of course, if you're dealing with fake PDL thugs in South Asia, that cease-comm can be hard to enforce.

Whatever the call source, it's extortion dressed as debt collection. It's very likely the debt claim is somewhere between severely flawed and nonexistent. So please don't punish your employees for "personal" calls they never invited and cannot easily control. My notes from October 2011 on payday loan and "hot check" collectors are linked below.
