Just hung up from one and the phone rings again!! This time it's a different area code than the first call!! IRS  claiming there is a lawsuit against me, when I know there isnt!! The calls come up as either cell phone or wireless  caller, as if the IRS  would call from a cell phone, yea right!! These people are using so many different area codes! I sure hope that the older folks aren't falling for this scam!!

Just got a call from these clowns, I you get a call, do not believe them, contact the IRS directly. The IRS will not call you.

They  just called me from a wireless number. Folks doing everything that can in these last days. The IRS will NEVER call from a wireless number or cell phone.

•Report the incident to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration at 800-366-4484.
•You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission at FTC.gov. Add "IRS Telephone Scam" to the comments in your complaint.
