Automated voice message threatening action by US Treasury Dept.  Suspect that if you answer or call back that they've got you by the balls!

This stupid [***] with an accent keeps calling my phone talking about the same [***]! I got so fed up I called it back cussed him out and then blocked the number.. he answered with: "hello this is the U.S. treasury"

Dennis Quay (automated) threatening U.S. Treasury action against us.  I'm so sick of these calls.  It's happened more than once.

Same deal as all of above--us treas. Coming after ur buttt...And dennis quay can stay them off but u must work immediately with them...Must call back and probably give them a credit card number....When donkey's fly..Guy was not english!! But sounded indian..Maybe from the
fukkarwi trip???? Hang up immediately and refer call to police for their loggggss....

Sounded a little like a call from the white house raising $$$ for the new retirement home
in hawaiiiiii......

thanks for the above reported info.  same thing here.  US TREASURY DEPT is going to take me to court.   I decided a long time ago that it they want all I have they can take it. If they want to put me in jail, that would make life easier.  One friend of mine tells em, "I only have so much money.  So if I owe you, I put your name in a hat and draw out somebody every month. If you keep bugging me,  I'll take your name out of the hat."

Received numerous calls pretending to be the IRS regarding owning passed taxes from 6 years ago.
They demanded for me to leave my work and go an specific address to pay my debt to the IRS via money order.
I told them that they were a scam and got very angry. I was told not to hung up the phone or else there will be terrible consequences.
I called my accountant immediately and was told that they have received numerous complaints regarding these scams and block and disregard the number. They call from all over the country. Do not be intimidated and report them to the local police.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Report them to inspector General Federal tax Collection or to the Federal Trade Commission and to the phone Company handling the phone line, and Police Department in the town the number resides.....
