He said his name was Mark Allen and the matter at hand is very serious and that I or my lawyer needs to call him.  he was very rude.  He ended his call by saying, if he didn't hear from me, Good Luck!  the people need to get a life and stop bothering people with these harassing calls.

This guys a a hole had it happen to me last year from California. Unfortunately I fell for it and sent 700.00 to them. Wised up this time. They have a lot of info on people this one has my ssn# be careful he might have yours too.

I got a message from this number claiming i owe them money...call them asap, don't disregard this message call now. The name was Mark Allen. I didn't call it.

This person called told me his name was Charles, stating that I took out and received funds from a online company and that I didn't pay them back.  So the company is suing me and I need to be in court tomorrow.  First I didn't receive any funds, my bank can prove that.  Second if it were true I should have received phone calls a long time ago, not just one out of the blue..

I got that SAME message.....with the SAME RUDENESS!!!!!!! I already reported the number too, but I agree these people need to get a life

I just got this voicemail message and it sounds totally automated.  This needs to be stopped!

I got the same call, when I was sleeping. I woke up to this.  "... Don't disregard the message. Return the call. NOW. If you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either, the only thing I can do, is wish you good luck..."  Sounds a little threatening to me.

Just got off the phone with this guy by the name of Alex peters senior Lawyer they had so much info right down to where i worked. This man was very rude and tolld me i was being sued ????? Crazy never had a loan

Rude SOB left a voice mail for me and threatened me. Then had the gall to say "don't disregard this call or you will regret it".
HE will be the one regretting it if he calls again from another number. I already have his call recorded and ready for the police

Called and said he was Alex Peterson and stated that i owed $1,000 and i would be picked up the next morning by police. ANYONE THAT GETS A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER PLEASE REPORT IT!!!

Got the call today from Mark Allen -- Same message as everyone else (if you don't call, good luck) -- Knew it prob. was a scam because he just said "from law offices" not from such and such law offices.  Said my husband owed 986.59 and in court would have to pay 5484.87 -- First off....Court costs and such are even numbers ($10 for this, $125 for that etc) -- so the cents should of been the same.  I called him back and said Good luck -- you are a scam and have been reported as such.

Mark Allen left the message and I talked to a Mr. Alber (the lawyer who answered the phone---which unless it's a small office, NO LAWYER ANSWERS THE PHONE)!!!!  DO NOT SEND MONEY!!!  DON'T GIVE ANY INFORMATION!!!!

we should all call his phone (its forwarded to his cell phone - you can hear the double rings sometimes) and harass the **** out of him.

I just got the same call from the same guy. He said he was with Bonner and Associates law firm. I have been getting these stupid calls on and off for the last 4 years. They always say its from a pay day loan that was never paid back. I never took out a pay day loan. What the heck am I supposed to do? How do I  get rid of these annoying and harassing phone calls?  How do they get so much of our personal info.?

What the heck, he kept insisting that I would be in jail by Monday. So, I told him, come get me

hes a scam artist working out of India.. try and never give your information to any website like payday loans etc.. thats where they get it from. he will be apprehended soon as numerous complaints were filed against him.
