- NA| 10 repliestHE SOLICITOR FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER IS RUDE AND TRYING HIS BEST TO BE RUDE AS HE SOLICITS CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AS A QUALIFICATION FOR A HOME BUSINESS SELLING THE SAME SERVICES HE IS SOLICITING AND CLAIMS TO MAKE LOTS OF MONEY SELLING HIS SERVICES AND IS NOT AFRAID OF TELLING LIES IN ORDER TO GET INFORMATION CONCERNING MY CREDIT CARD AND DURING THE CALL HE WAS ABUSIVE AND WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS AND AS I KEPT ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS WHICH HE WAS AVOIDING HE HUNG UP ON ME - BECAUSE - FRANKLY - FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CAN NOT HANDLE ME. I AM A SOLICITOR INVESTIGATOR/RESEARCHER AND I PROMISE TO RESEARCH EVERY SINGLE SOLICITOR THAT CALLS ME WITH CREDIT CARD SALES, BANK SALES, MORTGAGE SALES, MORTGAGE RE-FI BUSINESS OR ANYTHING RELATED TO CRUISES. IF YOU ARE A SOLICITOR AND YOU DO NOT LIKE ME, THEN YOU HAD JUST BETTER GET OUT OF THE PROFESSION YOU ARE IN BECAUSE YOU WILL BE RESEARCHED AND REPORTED EACH TIME YOU CALL ME. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ALL NAMES WILL BE PUBLISHED IF I NEED TO CREATE MY OWN WEBSITE TO DO MY OWN REPORTING OF SOLICITORS. TODAY'S SOLICITOR WAS FROM THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS: (if you dont like me then get out of business)
MY REPORT ABOUT TODAYS CALLER:
Franklin Financial has been sued by many State including CA, CONN, WY, and was bought by Christopher Hobson Inc. a financial group which claims to own banks, financial institutions and claims to have connections to CITI Bank according to its website: http://www.franklinfinancial.com/ - although all of that website's links to any financial companies only go to forms which are not related to any of the links and this is according to my research and investigation on 10-10-11. Still, this group still continues to sell credit card services, namely VISA and MASTERCARD and claims to be capable of setting up anyone into business to make money although they will not explain how the money is made. A person called this investigator, from caller ID: 307-298-0247 (WY phone exchange) to say all of the above and then he would not tell anymore information unless he could qualify me and he needed a credit card number to qualify me, in order to give me any more information of how I can make money (doing what he was doing at the time I assume). Christopher Hobson Inc. owns Franklin Finance in California and in Wyoming. Christopher Hobson Inc. has been sued by Conn. State for a mortgage licensing fraudulent case and I am investigating if there are any more cases similar. Franklin Financial is registered to Christopher Hobson Inc. in California located at 3250 E Coast Hwy
Corona Del Mar , CA 92625-2302 and has a phone number of (949) 721-0905 as well as (949) 721-7000 and fax number: (949) 721-6723. It's not proven if this company is active at those numbers but it has been proven that the solicitors calling from the 307-298-0247 number have been as rude as can be by calling a person, insisting to qualify a person, trying desperately to obtain credit account numbers from credit cards and calling themselves as connected to several different bank names, including Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, and they insist there is nothing wrong with selling credit cards as long as they charge money for them, but their qualifications and selling script is NOT for selling credit card accounts - they are actually selling a home business which you can own selling credit card services. Their first scripting is to ask if you own a credit cards: VISA or M/C and the person will ask to give them your credit card number before going further into the script or telling you further what type of business you will have at your home. They insist upon getting your credit card number as a prerequisite to setting you up into a business which the person says will make you lots of money. The solicitor keeps asking if you want to make lots of money and if so you must convey all of the information the person asks for otherwise he will not go further into his script. It sounds as if he is trying desperately to get credit card numbers in an illegal scam to use your credit card for illicit funding or to use your credit accounts for themselves. At the same time, if you do not conform to their script and sales, they will pass your number to another solicitor to sell you a cruise or something else. In addition to this information, the caller ID they show you is a spoofing phone number and will show that they are disconnected from any phone exchange and tracing them is "impossible" but NOT for this investigator which I found their information very easily and I have methods which not many have and the solicitors are never a mystery to us who know how to research them. I never need to pay for the research as my software finds the persons involved and I report them according to what I see and hear. IF THE SOLICITORS DONT WANT ME TO REVEAL WHAT I SEE AND HEAR THEN THEY NEED TO MAKE CERTAIN THEIR SCRIPT IS FACTUAL AND NOT A SCAM OTHERWISE I WILL REVEAL THE TRUTH ABOUT THEM EACH TIME THEY MAKE A CALL TO ME. And that's a promise. Those who read this need to know that the companies reported here are registered entities in Wyoming and California Secretary of State as an active corporation although none of their phone numbers are active and they wish not to register their phone numbers with those State for reason we can assume that they want their solicitors to keep being as rude as possible to everyone they call.- Caller: Franklin Financial, WY and CA

- Orlando Alicea| 1 replyI got a call from this number and they tried to convince to work for them but would not send me the information package to review their proposal until I provided them with my credit card info. They even asked me if I have been scammed before and I said yes as the reason I didn't want to provide the credit card info and the [***] even tried to convince that their "prosecution" department would locate the company that scammed me in order to convince me to join.

- ReneePerhaps the ongoing economic stressors of our society are heavily impacting the "telemarketing scam/scum" business, and causing these scum sucking, in-bred businesses to multiply exponentially like cockroaches. And naturally, in this food chain, they are probably only capable of hiring mentally, emotionally challenged individuals to operate the phone lines.
Yes, "the Franklin Financial Solutions" sewage has reached the shores of Hawaii...calling my residence, and annoying my household, distressing my aged parents who suffer from their own dementia health issues, and adding to my list of things-to-do as I screen these callers, telling them "no, we're not interested". These calls are so unwarranted and unappreciated. And we have an unlisted phone number and have enjoyed our privacy for years until recently. And now we are on a "no call" list. But it seems that all it takes is one idiot to get the number or related information who passes it on to another numbnut who continues the assault...even though we have taken measures to maintain our privacy. I wish all of these disease-ridden plagues would drop dead and go away.- Caller: Franklin Financial Solutions

- RoseThey keep calling my home as well. I don't answer because if I don't know you I let my machine take the call. Well they never leave a message and when I call back I get the same lame recording as krys above. These calls are getting so invasive of our rights in this country. How can we stop these people from calling.

- piffle replies to NA| 3 repliesSkippy, thank you so much for posting this. I just wish i knew this information sooner. I'm one of the unlucky suckers to got scammed by franklin financial solutions. I'm in the process of trying to get my credit card company to reverse the charges i foolishly allowed them to put onto it. Is there anymore information you can share about them that would be helpful to the rest of us? FFS has a new website: www.franklinfinancialsolutions.com. What i really got duped on was this marketing campaign that was never mentioned until my "coach" finally contacted me. She first told me about 3 different campaigns and wouldn't tell me how much they cost until i really pushed her for the cost. She then told me that i should sign up for one and asked me about my credit limits on my cards and how much of a balance i had on them. When she felt that i was about to decline the offer she offered to pay for part of the campaign out of her own pocket. When i wasn't going to budge she then asked if i had any other cards that i could use, i let it slip that i had one other that i only used for emergencies. Like an idiot i let her talk me into not only signing me up for the "Elite" campaign, i gave her my number. I truly believed FFS was a real business. Soon after she got my money, i stopped getting calls from her.....surprise surprise! At first i was excited about this campaign, but the longer i had to think about it the more uneasy i got. After talking to my Mom about it a few days later, she found this site. I immediately called my credit card companies and let them know of those charges. I got one card to reverse the charges but my other credit card company needs me to write a detailed letter of what was promised, names, circumstances, etc. Just today i got 3 calls from "marketing reps" trying to tell me i'm legally obligated to pay for what i signed up for and that there aren't any refunds. Before they called i learned about something called the Cooling-Off Rule from my Mom, which states that the salesperson must tell you about your cancellation rights at the time of sale. the salesperson also must give you 2 copies of a cancellation form (one to keep and one to send) and a copy of your contract or receipt. I never recieved the cancellation forms. I was very briefly told that i could cancel, but why would i want to if i were making lots of money, eh?
This whole situation has turned out to be worse than a three-ring circus for me. I just home that with this information all details of my situation will be enough to convince my credit card company to reverse those charges...
If anyone has proof that helps prove that FFS is a scam, i would appreciate it. I've notified the BBB, Attorney General and the IC3 about them. - adam| 1 replyfor me it`s too late . they just get me today.

- Karen replies to adamLet me know if you have some tips on getting your money back. It has been a week for me, I just hope I am not too late. Thanks.
- pifflebeware of 702-297-6772, it's another number being used by FFS. Got a call from that number and they started off the same speel as the first guy who suckered me. Before he could start his script i told him to remove my number and never call again then hung up. Seconds later that same number called and i had my husband pick up. Either he didn't pick up soon enough or that guy hung up on him as soon as he heard his voice. Shuckie darns.
As to getting your money back, call the number on your credit card(s) and report that you were scammed. Don't be surprised if they ask you to write them a letter saying why you feel you were scammed. That's what i had to do since i told they i approved the charges (before i knew FFS was a scam). Give them all the information you have, what you were promised, what it cost, address to FFS, website addy, email addies, names of the FFS people you talked to, their phone numbers, dates when you talked to them and copies of any documents, invoices, etc. Thankfully i had written lots of things down when i talked to them and i still had their numbers (with dates) in my cell. I haven't gotten those charges reversed yet but i only sent out my letter to my credit card company on the 18th. Hopefully by the end of the year i will get good news regarding it and be able to sleep better at night again.
You may wish to contact the Attorney General in the state that FFS says they're located in and see if they can go after them. Report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3.gov). If enough complaints come in i'm sure they're have no choice but to look into FFS.- Caller: Franklin Financial Solutions

- AllieIve been getting calls constantly from this supposed company. theres nothing ive figured out yet to make them quit. they are quite rude and have been calling me anywhere from 7am til 830pm and upwards of 10x a day. i did talk to one person trying to figure out what the hell they wanted. and now its just pissing me off. No matter how many times you tell them to remove your number from their list it wont happen and whenever i ask they hang up on me. but if i hang up on them they just keep calling me back.
seriously who has nothing better to do but to harass me at all times for the past month or so. I think im going to try asking how they got my number.
Another thing, if i get a guy calling me, typically he says sure he can remove my number and then he hangs up on me. however, if a girl calls me, shes a complete [***] to me and tells me i can remove my number by going to my bank. I did not give my bank permission to give out my number. Is no one safe from these harrassing no brained [***] stupid ass people?? come on!!!???
good to know im not the only one to be harrassed, but it makes me feel for all of you guys who are.
And i think its [***] that they can call and harrass you but when u call their number : 307-298-0247, it says the number is no longer in service.
more numbers that have called me from "franklin financial solutions" are 619-268-4800, 623-277-5159, and i believe 206-337-3008 but not entirely sure.
I have my cell phone to keep in touch with my boss and my family. why the hell are random numbers calling me and how they get my number??? im done. good luck to the rest of you and i will be back if i find out anything more to update you guys.- Caller: Franklin Financial Solutions

- Jo Ramirez| 1 replyHow is it that everyone thinks Franklin Financial is a scam? Everyone says they are but where is the proof? From what I have gathered it seems to me that there is a lot of people who say one thing or another but have no idea what they are talking about. Of course no business is perfect. If you look online you will find you can make a scam report or complaint about any company out there. Matter of fact go to YOUTUBE and you will see a report on the BBB and how they scam company's into BUYING an A+ for their business. Now that it a rip off and people still lean on the BBB which is NOT regulated by the government or any other agency. Why they do who knows. It's crazy to see how a company with a terrorist name like Hamas and a top CEO of the BBB as the business owner can purchase an A and not even be a real company let alone the details.
As for SKIPS question the answer is on the website. It's under opportunities which will tell you that basically when someone signs up they are to send in businesses that would like to set up a credit card account or business advertising. Then when a business signs up the person who sent in the lead gets a check for commission and the residual I believe comes later. Seems pretty basic as I have been a rep for merchant services and understand how residual and commissions work. Really it seems to come down to people who have purchased NUMEROUS home based businesses just like to buy in and then leave it be. I guess it's just old fashioned of me to not believe everything I see or read. Sometimes you just have to find out for yourself. Just like reading a review on a restaurant and one person said it was good the other said it was horrible. Which one do you believe? Or do you take a chance and try it yourself and maybe find your new all time favorite restaurant? As for the people getting all the calls. You get those because at some point in time the number you have with your phone company was submitted to a lead agency at one time or another. It could have been done by you or the previous owner of that number. You will have to change your number or deal with the ton of calls. Good luck to you in all your endeavors! - miss lady| 4 repliesi love Franklin financial solutions they provided me all the necessary tools i needed to market my business.

The call I got (at exactly 8:08am to 9:00am on December 6, 2011) was simmilar to those listed above with promices of working from home as my own boss, making up to $500.00 per establishment, etc. He seemed to speak inconsistantly as if he was just telling me what I wanted to hear; and denied things he said earlier to sound more viable and lagitament.
He told me to go to http://www.franklinfinancialsolutions.com/ but not to google search it. upon searching "FranklinFinancialSolutions" I immediatly found many scam reports right away. When asked about these complaints he told me that these complaints were from other companies by the same name. When I pointed out that the complaints were also from Jackson, WY he rephraised this excuse and told me that these were complaints for companies that use FFS services, not FFS itself. The man asked for confirmation of personal information including credit card expiration date. But I told him to call back after I had done further research on FFS.
My online research lead me to find that the number 1-307-298-0247 was actually fron Chicago, Illinois as opposed to Jackson Wyoming as he had earlier claimed.

Franklin Financial Solutions is NOT owned by Christopher Hobson Inc. Not sure why people think it's the same but they are not. Not even close. I don't know of the Franklin Financial you are speaking of but would appreciate if EVERYONE reading would take time to see you are talking about a completely different company. Franklin Financial Solutions is not affiliated or connected with any of names or businesses that have been mentioned.
