Don't fall for it!  They're just trying to suck you back in.  It's nothing but a scam ring to take your money and run with it.  Do you remember what your "coach's" name is by chance?  It wasn't Alan by chance?

I received the same solicitaiton call, insisting I give them my credit card number to validate it and that there was a one time $295 fee to join thier program.  Asking further questions in my quest for due diligence, she finally said she was not sure she wanted me as and agent.  She hung up.
I do not typically give out credit card numbers on phone solitations for privacy and security reasons, so I avoided the SCAM efforts, as reported in this site.  Good to read other's experience, and my peace of mind that I did not pass up a legitimate opportunity, but avoided a scam.
My first clue(clue #1) to mis-information was claim that I would have exclusive territory and they only have one agent within 1,000 miles.  At that dispersion, they would not have more than 5 or 6 agents nationwide.
They wanted me to verify my address.  I suggested they read it from their screen and I would validate if it was correct.  They would not do so.  They only provided city and zip code.   (clue #2) .  I said I would first need to du due diligence, and validate their company before provideing any credit card info.  Their response was, "it is only $295" and no risk. (clue #3).
Asking further questions.....she hung up.  I WILL NOT KNOW IF I GET MULTIPLE CALLS AGAIN until some time passes.

    Almost Scammed  frm 831-645-4715
I too have received numerous countless calls from 307-298-0247 and also their sister company  moneynowfunding.com  831-645-4715.  The first one asks for $450.00 using your VISA and wants you to provide addresses of local area businesses for $25 commission each. The other (FFS) has 3 tiers $195, $295, $395.00 and offers debit/credit card processing.   They both have a commission based system but both sound like PONZI schemes to me.  BEWARE!!

I have been receiving phone calls for the last month from people who say they are with Franklin Financial Solutions.  THe first person asks you if you hold a visa/mastercard/discover.  Then you listen to an audio that basically tells you nothing and leaves you wondering " what the heck?"  THen a second person talks to you ans has you write down 1.  $500  2.  Residual  Then they tell you all you have to do is make a list of small businesses in your area and their address/phone number.  I have had at least 10 phone calls that I have answered and they all went like this.  I have asked repeatedly to be removed from this "list", that I am not interested, and then they start to threaten me.  They say that they are looking at my credit card records.  CREEPY!  If they really were looking at my vredit card records, they would see that I CHARGE very little and pay off my balance every month.  I JUST want them to quit calling me and intimidating me.  Any suggestions??

Sorry you are so wrong about that. Franklin Financial Solutions is listed as a business entity in the State of Arizona listing the Del Mar address. Directors Financial Group is also at the same address and phone number in California.  It is interstate telemarketing fraud and someone needs to contact the FBI on these guys. The guy at Directors at the address and phone listed for Franklin Financial Solutions, with Christopher E. Hobson as agent is already known to the people at Directors.....they are probably trying to catch him in Wyoming or Arizona, but unfortunately, he has probably already fled the country and is comfortably spending all the money that his employees are scamming on the phone for him!  I feel real sorry for the people who got scammed wanting work. I also feel bad for the real Franklin Financial on the east coast and the people who reside at the Directors Financial Group address in Del Mar, California.  What a mess this is!  I am surprised that something has not been done by now, Jan. 17, 2012...these people have been on the loose since before Christmas.  Hobson has been convicted of bank fraud already in one of the New England states and lost his broker license there. Hey Jo Ramirez, aren't you with the Directors Fin Group in Del Mar?? Why is Christopher Hobson the listed agent for Franklin Financial Solutions at the Del Mar address in the state of Arizona???? Chris Hobson doesn't even have a broker license nor is Franklin Financial Solutions listed to market bank securities with the SEC!!!

So, upon further investigation, I have filed a formal complaint to the FBI on our behalf...If you call the phone number for the registered agent 949-721-0905, Franklin Financial and others affiliated with the Christopher E. Hobson, you will find that Directors Financial Group answers, check their website: http://www.directorsfinancial.com/ff_contactus.htm , you may notice there is a Robin Hobson...guess it is easy enough to change your name in some states and carry on with the "Robin" alias??? Why didn't he also change his last name to "Hood"??? LOL  I spoke to Robin today at Directors, I don't know if he is the one ripping people off, or if he is pretending not to be himself or what!!!  So, let the FBI figure this one out as he is still on the fraud out of California, well, he can run, but he can't hide!!!
May God help us and those who have been ripped off in such a perverse way.  This is why our country is in trouble with these types of terrorists. They are putting your money into foreign banks to use it against us later this year.....The time for resistance to these horrible acts is NOW!!!!! Contact your FBI or HOmeland Security however you need or want to.....

I have been getting calls from this number for months asking for a specific individual & despite me telling them months ago that the number they are calling is no longer associated with that specific individual, its been my cell number for several months, & to please not call again .. they continue. I'm guessing they are debt collectors.

Thanks for all of your insight. I rec'd a call yesterday and as much as I wanted to believe this could be a profitable business opportunity, I declined. I put the man on hold and googled his business name,,,,Franklin Financial Solutions....affiliated with ROA - Resources of America. When I read all of your notes, I told the guy what I saw and refused to participate. I did suggest however that he send the info packet and I would research it. If I was interested, I would give him my credit card. He wouldn't of course. He said the business was out of mainly, Wyoming and Pheonix (sp?).
