I don't know who "owns" the number but we received an unsolicited call from it.  No message, now in block list.

Just in the other lists for this number there is a warning for this number being a phishing credit scam.
So don't bother picking it up.
Just City and State in the ID and no message - not worth your time.

These people keep calling me. Called me at midnight. Previously called me rude and had the nerve to say do you remember me? Yes, I remember you and thought I blocked your number.

They called me at 9pm. No caller ID. I didn't answer. No voice message.

They called while I was at work. Caller ID area says Avalon, CA. I ignored it - no voicemail left

Number calls at all hours of the night and early morning. If u pick up they are rude and cuss at u after telling them not interested.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Got a call from them saying I won an all expense paid trip, I hung up knowing better than that.

No message and dont know this number.I did not have phone on me when they called.

Caller was selling vacation packages.

I also received a phone call from this number. It is also registered to eharmony to a female living in San Francisco

I've received multiple calls from this number, they call at different times and do not leave a message. Added them to my reject list ;) maybe if we join forces and hound them back maybe they will stop hehehe

just got a call from this number a few minutes ago I didn't pick up and they left no message I google the number to see who owned it our what they wanted and This page popped up haha in glad it just wasn't me

Got a call from this number while working today saying I won a vacation with no financial obligations. Uh huh, sure. Hung up when they started asking about my age.

how to remove your number without relying on a worthless list and have some fun while doing it: .. make up a believable business name .. like if you're in Oklahoma .. just answer "Red Clay, are you calling for load delivery or excavation" .. then to whatever caller says, just answer, "You've reached Red Clay. We deliver red clay by the load or we excavate red clay. How can I help you." If they persist asking to speak to a name, just tell them "Can't take or connect personal calls; leave your company and your name and number and who you want to talk to and I'll put it on the call board for you and if that person works here then maybe they'll call you back, so what's your name?" ..  Usually they will just say sorry wrong number .. they still may call back a few times but if you persist with your dialog they will knock you off their predictive dialing computer .. make the name of your company something your state is known for, like in Minnesota you could just answer, "Lakes" and you can be a landfill company or an excavation company .. in Texas you could just answer, "B O T .. Big Ol' Texas" and you can be a big oil rig moving company .. etc .. use your imagination and make it fun!! .. has worked terrifically for us to get us off most lists of naggers etc .. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!

Answered - someone with thick accent claiming to need my info to update their database. Hung up instantly.
