US bank loan located in Texas

got a call and didn't answer from this number.  called the number back because there wasn't much info here.  Strong Indian accent said something I couldn't understand but I did understand "loan company".  He asked how he could help me and I told him that they had called MY number what did they want?  He asked me "do you need a loan?" I said no and he hung up the phone.  more and more scammers coming out of India.  His is the second call today on my cell phone from the same type of callers.  The first one I didn't answer either, but the info on that number says the same thing.....Indian accent scammers!!

These jerks have called me 6 times today.  Even tho they are blocked on my phone...it's EXTREMELY  annoying!

I have gotten calls from this number a couple of
times and also 2 other numbers that are affiliated with this company or whatever it is. He had a strong Indian accent as well. When I finally answered he asked if this was my name and I stated yesl  He then asked if I needed a loan as this was Cash Net Loans. I told him I was not interested and to take me off the call list. He then stated we could go out sometime and I told him I was married and he actually said SO WHAT!!!!! I told him to take me off the list and hung up! He actually called me back and I
Needless to say I blocked the number he called from plus 2 other numbers they had tried to call from.
At 1 point I asked to speak to his supervisor and he stated he was the supervisor.
They have my email and thankfully he has my old email addres!!!

Call me repeatedly 6-8 times a day if not more! Called back and it said net phone usa and then said this mailbox can not accept any messages. They need to quit calling my damn phone repeatedly if they will not accept phone calls bc I am on a do not call list. Wait till they call again! I am sick and tired of these bull [***] companies doing and calling whoever and whenever they want. I am ready to start writing and calling the government and annoying them. If I want something I will call them. I am tired of middle class people paying more to live than the wealthy. Erred my family has lost limbs for this country and I have paid tax after tax and went with out for as far I can remember but when my mom was dying from cancer they gave her 75 $ a month to eat on and she worked and never used welfare but was humiliated when she had to and they denied giving her a rotisserie chicken bc it was hot out of the deli but get some candy bull [***] . I have a son who works and his fiancee has seizures but they can't get welfare and they need it bc she is sick but nope. Erred ooops all this lead to that sorry TGIF

They call and call and call.  You can tell them all you want that you don't want a loan from them and they still call you.  They told my sis that someone using my cell number had applied for a loan from them.  That is just plain old BS.  She explained to them that I have told them repeatedly that I do not need or want a loan from them and to please stop calling this number.  So far, I haven't heard from them in 2 days now, so maybe they will stop????  No matter if you talk to a man or woman they all have the Indian accent so I assume the scam is from there.

they call me 4-6 times a day. i am tired of them talking trash to me.  Using foul language and all.

I am on the no call list register.  There should be a hefty fine if they call you.

No message, just shows Chicago, IL on the Caller ID.  Never fails, when I post an ad on Craigslist, always get these calls.  One of the reasons I still have a landline.  FTC complaint next, even if I only have a phone number they get a complaint - your complaint doesn't do any good here, this site is for info about the various numbers that call you; please file a complaint at the complaint portion of the do not call; list or the ftc.....

Calls daily...2-3 x's a day.

Three calls today alone, starting at 6, then 7, then 10.....three complaints to the ftc.  I do not answer calls I don't recognize.  One reason I still have a landline, noone gets my cell number.  Always file a complaint with the ftc, they can't do anything without a history of the complaints from you, the public.  Only takes a second, and can be done online.  They have been calling a lot lately.  Seems like whenever I put ads on Craigslist, I start getting these calls more often.  I know for a fact, people will give your numbers out to debt collectors, anyone they owe money to, etc....cause they know it's a good number for those people to call.  I don't care who they are this crap of calling at any time for anyone should be illegal.  And now if you haven't heard the news, the banks, loan companies, etc are petitioning the ftc to allow any of them to target your cell phone numbers as well.......

Caller ID said Chicago, IL. The first time I answered it, and he asked if I want a loan, then hung up. The second time he mimicked me... hello? hello? Who is this? Who is this? I hung up.

I've lost count of how many times they've called today, four I think and the days only half over.....another complaint to the ftc has been done.....

He called and asked if I was interested in a loan I said not and politely asked him to remove my phone number, he said this is not possible, I replied with do not call me again I am on the do not call list he laughed at me. so I cussed him out.

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.

Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The most effective thing to do is to get a call blocking device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

Google "call blocker" for more information.  There are available apps (some free) for smart phones, and services and devices for landlines.

If you cannot use or afford such a tool, then:

• Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service.  Telespammers usually hang up after 3 or 4 rings.

• Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete. If the incoming call was important, they would have left a message!

• If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scam" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group. (This also works for smartphones).

• Another option, for cell phones:  Assign a "silent ringtone" as DEFAULT.  Then, assign your favorite ringtones to all known friends / family / business numbers.  That way, you will hear rings ONLY from those you wish to contact!  You will not hear scammers' rings, even if they change their number!  (This is also called "whitelisting", and will cause you to miss calls from non-whitelisted numbers).

Man called, strong accent asked if I want a loan, I told him NO, I have enough money. He said, "do you have xxxxxx?" (In a thick accent). I said yes I have "plenty" of money. He said no, not plenty, do you have panty? I said excuse me? He said, " panty?P A N T Y?" and spelled it out.  Then said ,"do you have these things I say?. Ummm, it was super wierd. Yesterday it was a different number (strong middle eastern accent as well) telling me I had a vaginal surgery (nope). I'm feeling kind of wierded not now and am not sure what to do.

called at 8:20 AM left no message.  Caller IDed Chicago number.  Called again, left no message @ 10:00 AM...Will not return call and hoping they will cease calling...particularly at early morning hours.  The Fed DO NOT CALL LIST  is useless.
