This is from IPSOS which is market survey company. I called then number back and the robot identified itself and said that it want my input on a survey and it would call back.
Blocked with my call blocker.

Just called today (Saturday! hate that!) at 2:19pm. Didn't recognize it so ignored it. No voicemail left, hung up between 3rd-4th ring. Blocked with my call blocker. One and done. See ya!

Received numerous call with hang up and no message.

Received calls from this number many times.  I check caller ID and don't answer.  It is a nuisance having to go to the phone to check the ID and they always call at dinner time or later.  I'm on the DO NOT CALL list and still get these nuisance calls.

at least 2 unwanted calls. caller hangs up when answering machine picks up.

I think these kind of scam companies get their numbers FROM the do not call list.

Had to call f#*cking att for some thing and a few days later got a call from this ipsos. They said they were doing a survey on gosh darn att so they must be ok but stilled declined the survey.

6:02 PM - IPSOS - no message of course.  If they are conducting a "survey," I'll bet it's a "survey" to find out if you are stupid enough to answer or, worse yet, you are dumb enough to call back and in doing so, verify they found a sucker.

Call, call, call. IPSOS. Do not call list is a joke.

The DNC isn't a call blocker and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said.    They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards.  Some states have different laws in regards to the calls,  which can differ from the federal but as far as I know, Oregon is the only one that does not allow Charity calls.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or less. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

IPSOS customer satisfaction company.  They hung up when I answered.  I called back and the voicemail came one, and said that the voicemail system is not monitored and they would try and call back later.

This number keeps calling 312-526-4106.

Same for me as other comments, calls me repeatedly at work each day around dinner time (5:19 PM).  I had subscribed to an investor's sales pitch, putting down my work number, so I'm concluding the salesman sold my number to a telemarketer.  The person on the line began telling me she was conducting a survey.  In the background was the noisy raucous of children playing and/or crying.

Keep getting calls from this annoying number.  We have caller id, don't recognize it so we don't answer.  They don't leave message and just keep calling about once day.  Want it to STOP!

This number has called several times in the last 3 weeks.  Ignored calls because I didn't recognize the number.  The caller ID is IPSOS.  I blocked the number on my phone.
