many phone calls. shows as customer service.  Never leaves message

Comes up as "SHS"  Does not leave name or number...

Calls everyday, twice a day, leaves not message. I don't answer unknown calls.  I called them from a blocked cell number.  Sounds like they want to help you with medical expense, from what I could understand from the recording. They say press 2 to remove your number from there list. Don't trust no one, press it and it might be some kind of scam.  If the company really wants to help people, you think they would leave a message with a contact number? I researched the number, the company on many different sites plus BBB.org, can't find them.

I am so tired of calls from this number!  They are a pest.  I am on "no call" list but that doesn't even seem to matter anymore.  I want these calls to stop!  Many times a day!

Modern technology has given telespammers the tools to call you.
Lawbreaking telescammers ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.

Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The most effective thing to do is to get a call blocking device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

Google "call blocker" for more information.  There are available apps (some free) for smart phones, and services and devices for landlines.

If you cannot use or afford such a tool, then:

• Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service.  Telespammers usually hang up after 3 or 4 rings.

• Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number, and make it more valuable to more spam groups!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete. If the incoming call was important, they would have left a message!

• If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scam" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group. (This also works for smartphones).  The spammer will usually hang up before the phone goes to voicemail.

• Another option, for cell phones:  Assign a "silent ringtone" as DEFAULT.  Then, assign your favorite ringtones to all known friends / family / business numbers.  That way, you will hear rings ONLY from those you wish to contact!  You will not hear scammers' rings, even if they change their number!  (This is also called "whitelisting", and will cause you to miss calls from non-whitelisted numbers).

Received a call from this number a few minutes ago. Caller ID: SHS. Previously, we have received calls from other numbers than this one, but with the SHS caller ID. I didn't answer. No message was left. I suspect it was some telemarketer.

This number belongs to SHS (Senior Health Solutions), St. Charles MO.  They help seniors with medical & health solutions, including bill payments.  I returned the call from my caller ID log, and it says (paraphrasing) if you want more info on our health solutions, press 1; to be added to the company's DO NOT CALL list, press 2.  After pressing 2, it stated that my number has been added to the company's internal DO NOT CALL list, and will not be called.

Another call from these telemarketers. Caller ID: SHS. Did not answer. No message left.

I have been getting calls from a number 314-325-3040 since April 2015.  It rings 3 times and hangs up.  I also have a blocking device thru AOL, since I am still on dial-up.  Today I blocked that number.  When you call 314-325-3040 it is identified as Senoir Health Solutions.  It says press 2 to be taken off the call list.  I have, many times but they still call.  I've tried to leave messages, it says extension 0005 is not available.  I googled Senoir Health Solutions and they have another #, 636-244-4415.  They lie and say other companies use their name and that 325-3040 is not their number.  Tom Paul is the president.    If I am not on line, the caller ID says SHS. He lies.  I talked to him.  There is a person called Debbie and one other person (no name) and I finally caught them in a lie.  They have several numbers.  Finally I told them I'm reporting them on line, calling the police in St. Charles and the FBI.  They are trying to sell burial insurance.  Why all the lies?  They also use a 757 number.  REPORT THESE PEOPLE.  THEY ARE SCUMBAGS!

My spouse received a call today from this phone number.  The person called him by name and asked how old he was.  He told them how old he was, then thought better of it and hung right up.  He called our phone carrier customer service and reported it, and reported it to our local police department, as well.  Sounds like a scam, looking for people who might be elderly and/or disabled.

I get a call from this number every day.  I have no need for Senior Services and have even told them that but it continues.  I just ignore the call but it is very irritating and I'm tired of the continuous calls.

This was a survey, not a sales person; I called back to request to be on the do not call list, but the number is busy! SCAMMERS!

This number contacted me about a home for rent. Asking for money via money gram from Walmart. Sketched me out very badly so I'm posting to let anyone and everyone know. Don't get scammed. About lost $1700 dollars.

Any caller that wants payment through moneygram or a similar service is most likely a SCAMMER!

Recently started receiving calls from this number.  They call at least once a day.  I don't answer unfamiliar or blocked out calls.  They never leave a message.  Real business people leave messages.

Caller was SHS on caller ID. They hung up after exactly four rings. First time I noticed them calling today. They have called in the past but ceased after a while. I believe today is the day they're starting to call us again. I'm assuming they're trying to sell some kind of home security because of the HS, but what do I know? I'm just a bored long rifle with a smartphone.
