Received a robocall claiming to be the IRS calling me for a final notice. Said i needed to call the number 315-629-9946 back as soon as possible to avoid lawsuit

Got the same call it is a scam they useing a spoof number to leave a voice mail saying a lawsuit vs me final notice. The IRS will never call nobody they will mail letters a lot off them and you will have to sign for them. Google IRS phone scams and learn about it or report them to the police don't pay them u lose everything they in a diffent country tell friends and family about this scam also

Got same call....SCAM!

They have called me twice this morning already, I have now blocked the call.  First call at 8:30, second at 9:30....must be on robocall for every hour.  Do not leave a message.

Daily occurrence from spoofed numbers. "Do Not Call" list is worthless, since the telemarketers have better technology than the government.

Just got the 2nd call in less than an hour...Says they are the IRS and are filing a lawsuit against me. Like I said before, they should be arrested, locked up and then throw away the key. Or, just drop them off on a desert island with the rest of the evil people in this world and let them lie, cheat and steal from each other.

Scam. Called back and they answered as IRS. Person hardly spoke English and promtly hung up on me when I told them I knew it was a scam.

The voice was a robo-type. Female. They claimed that the IRS was filing a case against me. Too bad for them that I am a retired federal employee. I know that the IRS doesn't operate like this...yet."It" has called 3 times today. This kind of caller will try to scare people...too bad that scammers are trying to terrorize people.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

My parents keep getting a robot call
from 315-629-9946 stating they are from the IRS calling about a law suit for unpaid taxes. When I called the number I told the foreigner that I was going to report this number for fraud to the FBI and they promptly hung up on me.
Please advise

These people have called my office three times, today. I truly hope someone doesn't fall, for these guys' shtick. It's amazing the low down scum, who prey on people...this time of year, especially.
