received voicemail message on landline this am recording 315-913-0152, that this is the office of internal revenue and that they are filing a lawsuit against us.  Earlier got a call with no message from 713-244-5682 (frequent caller); another service lists that the 315 number is not valid and comes from another line that spoofs the caller ID.

Voicemail with recorded message claiming that this is the Internal Revenue and that they are filing a lawsuit against "you" and to call them back at 301-913-0152. Scam must work on somebody or they wouldn't be doing it.

Received an automated call from 315.913.0152.  They said they were from the IRS and it was my final notice as they have filed a lawsuit against me.  I am to call it back.

Caller ID: Syracuse NY  Somehow managed to bypass call blocking.

3rd message left on my landline, all with different numbers i am told to call.  instead i file complaint to IRS on www.tigta.gov

Same-O  Same-O - -  Blah Blah Blah, it's the IRS ( the IRS NEVER would call - unfortunately I know all too well - they send LETTERS.   LETTERS LETTERS LETTERS.  The IRS sends big, fat, letters and transcripts of your past sins.  They NEVER call. And we are finally up-to-date with the IRS.  We owe nothing, for about a year now.
So yeah. This is a scam and a half.
